Ordered the wrong parts, on my fault. I called the number on the packing slip, but was not answered as Ace Pools, so I questioned it... ah, I have a order here from ace pools that I need to return, this is the right number correct? No sir we are... that is a different company. Had to go the long way around, but when I filled out the paper work, yes they were the same flipping company... train you staff that deals with the customers! Ordered the right parts, and they were great, took a little longer than I expected to get credit on the return I mailed with delivery notice, weeks later got the refund. Oh well
