I did a lot of business with this shop. My last experience was a terrible one. I dropped my car at the shop December 13 2021 for an oil change. Left at 11 am and called back at 3 pm. Car not ready. Later at 5 pm I went to pick up the car. Oil change job is complete after 6 hours. As I approached the shop I noticed my car outside, in the dark with my window rolled down and my $500 radar detector opened to theft. I paid my bill and drove down the street to my home. Pulled in my carport where I store my Maserati for the winter. Next morning I went to the car wash. As I was towel drying the car I noticed new damage. My headlight was pushed in and a small impact damage on my bumper. I immediately called the shop. They denied everything. Now his lawyer sent me a certified letter mentioning the car was left in well lit area for customer inspection. When I picked up the car, the front lighting in front of the building was off. That's unusual, was it planned that way so I couldn't see anything? Well they have security cameras. I called my insurance company and filed a claim. At first the owner was willing to cooperate, but when my insurance asked for the video, they refused to cooperate. Well very unfortunate that a business would treat a regular customer this way. I will never go back here again. The car was inspected before going in by me and that new damage was not there.
