Today they tell me my Chakra throw is being delivered today. I am a happy customer now. Took a while for sure thats why I rated 4 stars this time. I jumped the gun on my previous rating and rant. I wish I could delete the 1 star rating as these gifts are awesome and I am very pleased.

Ordered November 7 so 82 days no ring, no message of course very common i guess order at your risk! Master card knows them well.

I have been waiting over 6 weeks for my Chicago Cub replica Ring(s). The tracking info provided gave info only from May 1st - and when i just check again (after several complaints) the info is invalid - i have notified PayPal for my refund, i have gone on Twitter to talk poorly about this place and have reported them not only to FaceBook that they are ripping people off, but i have reported the to Better Business Bureau

This company is a scam! They take your payment, then have the local postal service in China claim that a package is being prepared. Six week later, it is still showing being prepared. They claim the post office is working on it - they are full of sh_t! It doesn't take this long for a package to be mailed. I paid through Paypal - I am sure they are trying to get past the 60 day period where Paypal will not refund. Not going to happen!

I had gotten a tracking number but it said only a shipping number was issued. Not response even thoughI have emailed and sent messages through their Facebook page. I want the ring or a refund!

Ordered astros ring, got pkg but was empty. Not sure if post office or company at fault. Trying to contact them but no luck. Will contact bank to try to get money back

I ordered an Astros World Championship ring. They send me a text with my order number and said my order has shipped on May 9th, now it May 19 and Im still waiting for it. I tried calling and the number is no longer in service, not good folks!

I ordered got a tracking number then went back to check and emails gone or in error. I have PayPal credit and I will get my money back.

I made some bought but they never send me the tracking numbers to my mail and when I try to contact them they never answer... I don't trust them.

Just like the other reviews, the product never arrived. The tracking for the shipping was a total fraud. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy from them.
