If here was a chance to put -10 I would have done it! Fist of all no customer service, second if you call twice u get different answers from operators.No managers to speak with.
I made 2 orders, for 1 I got F and in 2 months time I still haven't received a full refund. The second order was written by a 5 years old with no connection between paragraphs, grammar errors and they didn't follow the guidelines given.
Awful work and the worst is that they keeping me offering discount when the only thing I want to do is cancel my profile.

The most unreliable company to organise your assignment been reviewed, I paid extra to be done earlier but instead, I got more than a week of delay and a thousand excuses and time-wasting live chats about how the writer needed more time when already the deadline was passed.
When finally they send the ‘document' if we can call it like that it was absolutely a joke what the person wrote on it. I send them emails asking for updates and I received silent and on the live chat excuses and when I complained claiming my money back, they completely ignore me and never responded to any emails again. If I were you I will not trust them with your documents

Though I like the way they submit my work but, sometimes I need to request some changes in my content. They are so patient, will listen to additional changes and make them promptly.
