I rated it a one star because It was the lowest there was We ordered our trailer to load our belongings.We where told it would be at its destination in 5 days. WRONG! When they delivered the trailer for loading. I had to sign a contract completely different than what I was told. We had a crew coming the next day and had no other way to go. We loaded the trailer and it took them 5 days to pick it up. It was 10 days before we got our freight. When I called the Appleton office I had to pay the charges before they would deliver the trailer. I now understand what ABF stands for. ‘'All Broken Furniture''Our belongings where destroyed. $5000. 00 worth of damage and not even a "where sorry". Buy the time we ate the damages and freight costs it was over $7000. 00 to use ABF. NEVER AGAIN! Run don't walk away from this company!

Always 3-5 days late even when you pay additional to get the delivery on time. When you call to customer service they are the worst their answer "we have other customers" "we can't do anything" This company is the worst. Do not make any reservation with ABF is a waste of time.
