It took many days and many emails before it was correctly sent to the right address and then there was a minor mistake. The person kept wanting to call and talk, presumably to sell me more things but I don't have a phone so suggested using messenger on the internet but that wasn't good enough for him. Later I saw where several other places had the same camera with guarantee for about the same price. It did finally arrive about a month after I ordered it.

The products I received were great quality and at a fair price. However, they show the prices cheaper online, then once you order they call to notify you that you ordered the international version(which they do not even have in stock). So obviously I switched to the U. S. version which is the same price as all the other stores. So, overall it wasn't an unfair price, but pretty sneaky on their end.

Promo codes didn't work. There was an upscale call after the sale that contained inaccurate and misleading information that required multiple calls to customer service to iron out. The TV itself was initially disappointing and there is a no return policy so you are stuck with whatever you order. I would not buy a TV online again.

Had the opportunity to go to the "store" since I live 15 miles away... this a bad setup... not a store at all, just a bunch of offices & storerooms. No stock or display cases or anything that would suggest a legit business. They could not upsell me (they tried) as I knew exactly what I wanted. ALL their merchandise is grey market or used, hence the low prices. As long as you go in with your eyes wide open and don't need the usa warranties it's not a bad deal, but never and I mean NEVER buy anything online from these people

Saved money! Lots of uptalk after seeing a low price. Took out an extended warranty but received no documentation. $400 delivery charge for a TV.

I am very happy with the product, but... Your on-line product pricing is misleading. Your advertised price for the Nikon D500 and Nikkor 16-80mm lens was $1,839.00. This was hundreds of dollars less than any other Nikon retailer. After placing the order, I received an email, asking me to call your store to confirm the order. During this conversation with a sales person, I learned that what I ordered was NOT the Nikon D500 Retail Kit. The price for the "kit" was $2,199.00 - the same as all other Nikon retailers. Then, the sales person sold a "package deal" including several extras at no extra cost. However, when I checked other retailers, I found that their "package deal", offered at the same price ($2,199.00), included more extras. Thus, I felt scammed - a victim of bait and switch.

Great price on TV'S, hope I Experience a great shipping experiences, can't wait for my new set. I was informed that I was to receive white glove deliver, when my TV was deliver they would not even take it out of the box, they took the top cover off just enough to plug it up to see it turn on while sitting on floor, informed me that's all they are required to do.
Also when I purchased online the shipping was to be free, them I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $388.00 for Insurance and handling, I still have bad taste about the whole deal, just not happy on how your company does business.

The extra screen toco firm credit card info was a pain in the neck. Hard to get numbers to appear correctly. Not sure order even went through.

I added "expedited shipping" to my order at an additional cost of $129. I could find no description of how much sooner I can expect delivery than the standard, free shipping of 7-14 days. I called customer service to get that issue addressed, was on hold for 18 minutes and had to hang up because of an appointment. So I feel that my experience so far has been less than satisfactory, hence, my lower rating.

The LOYALTY15 code did not work. It was supposed to work. That is way I am not satisfied with my shopping experience.

I ordered another TV a couple weeks ago from Abes ... but the screen was shattered. I Pray this one makes it :)

I let myself get suckered in by a bait switch scam. I did ultimately get a decent tv at a decent price. But I didnt get what I wanted and could and should have bought it locally for the same price.

Your website is not easy... ask a question via contact and never heard back... still dont really know will this lense fit my D5300
