Great quality clothes for the price. Yes, the can be too teen influenced, silly bagginess and ridiculously cropped stuff, but you can still find some really nice pieces. They also have the easiest fair return policy. Last, every time I had to deal with customer service they have been great. All & all, this is how you keep customers.
This company has little regard for its customers. I received a pair of pants as a gift from an elderly family member that did not fit right. I wanted to exchange or get store credit and was denied either. I could not even exchange them for a different size in the exact same pair of jeans. Customer service was absolutely horrendous in trying to help. Asking me to call my sick family member to get the exact date and store they purchased from.
I took a friend in to buy jeans. We were let in the dressing room only to find that it was so nasty it looked like it had never cleaned. I was so embarrassed. My friend said The store management should be embarrassed not you.

They have some nice stuff (albeit usually overpriced aside from jeans), but their online purchase/return process is terrible. Twice now I've submitted exchanges of in-stock items, they fail to send them out at all, then cancel it 30 days later (with no notice), and take another 2-3 weeks to get me my money back after that. When I've tried to straight up just return items the return button sometimes doesn't even show up on their website. Contacting customer service has been awful and they send empty apology emails with no helpful steps. They tried to "kindly" give me free shipping on my next order but gave no discount code, and I had free shipping by buying jeans anyways, so it was the lamest courtesy. It doesn't help that their sizing is super inconsistent too (e.g. Same jean style but different colour can fit so different). Would not recommend the stress. For a reputable brand it's really disappointing. Just shop somewhere else.
I ordered a gift card for a birthday present on May 10. I never received it so I thought I would follow up on May 22 I was told at first the card was lost. Then I was told that the card would be arriving June 2. My suggestion don't order gift cards online with them, I never have received any confirmation number nor a email stating that the card was even shipped. Not happy with the service and customer service did not seem to know where my card was.
Although the shirt is light and very breathable, the quality of the material is extremely weak. I have had this shirt for 1 week and there is already a tear in the shirt.
I feel this product is ok, but they don't pay much attention to the brand image, even the official website can't be opened
*******@Fitch is just good business marketing. Their clothes are obscenely expensive. When I see a moron wearing A@F outfit of any kind, I can tell you he/she wants to be associated with a certain social class and he/she stinks.
Not only do they have $#*!ty customer service they have $#*!ty clothes that is extremly over priced. Targeted for hipster teenagers who do nothing but us their parents money to like "boho indie"
Overpriced and UNDER-quality items. Unrealistic sizes. Every 15yr old employee you can grab (who by the way have NO concept of what customer service IS) and every UNDER-qualified "manager" to complete the ridiculous picture you have painted for consumers......well done (sarcasm at its best)!!!!!
You have to be extremely thin to buy anything from the store. They have 0 in plus sizes so it's best not to try.
I won't buy their overpriced clothing or anything.
You have to be an extremely and almost unhealthy size to wear anything from this store. I don't know where to even begin with them.
The quality of their clothes is garbage... Save your money... plenty of other name brand clothes that are better quality.
Abercrombie is a well liked store by people of all ages, but my opinion might be a little different...
Though the quality of clothing from Abercrombie is quite good, it's not enough to win me over.
When it comes to Abercrombie, I feel like the jeans are just regular jeans being sold at very high prices.
The same goes for the t-shirts, as well as the hoodies and sweatshirts.
My advice? Save your money and buy from stores that don't overprice their clothing.
I hope this review was helpful!
Ill admit I don't shop here often. The reason why, every time I order there products the sizes are completely different across each item. The exception to this rule seems to be the majority of there jeans which I do purchase. Quality has recently ( the past 3 years) dived. I still have a hoodie from 6 years ago that feels and looks great today. I have another 8 hoodies since then that have fallen apart. While this not be true across every hoodie, 8/9 is a pretty stellar sign. I think the branding of there items has eclipsed the dedication to quality that they used to stand for.
I have quit shopping there in the past year.
Abercrombie & Fitch is the premier source for effortless American style. It all began in 1892 when David Abercrombie opened a New York emporium of apparel and sporting goods for the well-heeled outdoors enthusiast. In 1904, Ezra Fitch became a partner,...
