A family member, who had been a repeat customer for several years, purchased a new $1,230 scooter a week ago. She used in ONE TIME and then had to be admitted to the hospital the same day and passed away suddenly. When my wife, a family member of the departed and the trustee to her estate, called this jack-wagon Brian and informed him of the situation and asked if she could return the scooter, he became EXTREMELY RUDE AND IRRITATED to my already upset grieving wife for even asking if she could return it. He said, in an uncaring manner, that the scooter, even though it was only used ONCE could not be returned and that it was now used. She couldn't understand why and tried to explain her position. He then unwillingly offered to put the scooter on consignment for a reduced price and charge a 15% commission on top of it for reselling a BRAND NEW scooter which he just got paid for selling less then a week ago! So, we loaded the scooter up, took the 1 hour round trip to the store and dropped off the scooter. Again, we questioned why it could not just be returned, it was brand new! The lady at the counter became EXTREMELY irritated and rude to us for even asking a question, then snapped at my grieving wife, to let her know that the recharging cord was missing. So, we had to take ANOTHER HOUR round trip to drop off the cord. We then get back home after our second trip, my wife exhausted from the shock of her cousin's unexpected death got a call from this idiot Brian YELLING AT MY WIFE because his employee said my sweet wife was RUDE to his staff member and to come pick up the scooter because HE REFUSES TO SELL THE SCOOTER on consignment! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? So we had to take ANOTHER HOUR trip back the store and uncompassionate man Brian pushed the cart outside and said "GOOD LUCK WITH THIS" AND WALKED BACK INSIDE! UNBELIEVABLE! I guess he figures he wouldn't be getting anymore sales from the departed and since we were willing to price this BRAND NEW SCOOTER for only $995 he would be getting another big commission check so he didn't give a crap about helping our family out in a time of need. WE ARE STILL IN SHOCKED! My wife left there in tears!
