1. Took 2 hrs to reach then by phone 2. Takes days to answer emails 3. Discounts and gutschein offered dont work 4. I booked a 5 star package they tried to cheat me with another 3 star hotel instead, after 2 hrs on phone they asked me to write to them instead, they eventually admitted the mistake and cancelled but sent me a warning letter for not paying 5. I am currently considering legal action This service is scandalous

This service is scandalous
I heb booked a holliday here by phone from the Netherlands the seller guaranteed me a cash back off 100 euro after mine holliday. I booked the holliday in November 2015 for the period April may 2016. After mine holliday they didn't pay the cash because they have sent me a mail in November and that mail I do not have received. It is their word against mine. If I steel money from a store police lock me up but these crooks are free and they focking everybody who are booking a holliday there. People be aware do not book by these criminals. Book directly by the operator.
Never book a vacation at ab in den urlaub, they are crooks and criminals They have never the intention to pay out the coupon and i reported it to the police
It was on the German television as well nobody ever get anything payed

I live in Germany and tried to book with ab-in-den-urlaub - The parent company Unister owns lots of travel companies in the UK and Germany. The company gets a lot of bad press in Germany - My experience backs this up. We booked a holiday over a website called ab-in-den-urlaub. This website sporned a window to book a holiday with another sister company travel24 - where a voucher I had purchased online minutes before could not be used. To make matters worse the holiday I booked had daytime flights - important when you travel with young children. Minutes after booking and seeing the website had switched I tried to cancel - I was told I couldnt as the flights were already booked - and confirmed as daytime flights. A week later a confirmation was sent with night time flights on a different day via Istanbul! (8 hours travel instead of 4 and 1 days less holiday) No chance to change anything - without paying over 1300€.
