Ordering on line was so easy! And delivery was surprisingly fast. Now I know where to buy all my scubs!
A1scrubs charged me for items that were no longer in stock/ discontinued. I did not get notified of this until 2 and a half days later. When requesting a refund I was assured by an associate that the refund would show in my account within 24 hours of the request. It's been about 2 days now and I see nothing in my account not even a pending request. Sadly I did not get the experience that I was hoping for and I have yet to receive a refund.

I'm way beyond irritated that in 3 days my scrub pants haven't even shipped yet! I love how everyone says super fast shipping yet I can't get mine shipped! So mad and will never ever ever use this sad company to buy anything and that goes with the outrageous shipping cost of $10! SHIP MY SCRUB PANTS!

If I ever get my order, it was for two wonderwink wonderflex cargo scrub pants.
Hate having to go back to the beginning for each item, Don't like not being able to view all tops in same category at one tme.

Three orders and tracking numbers does NOT work on all three. On the bright side.. orders was filled and shipped quickly to my door. 5 star experience if tracking numbers worked. Still my favorite place for purchasing scrubs. Curious to see how well my exchange outcome will I receive.

love these scrubs hoping customer service is as good :) they have just arrived - need to wash them and they'll be ready to go ... thank you Great Job !
1) VERY difficult to narrow selections on the website, so that I could shop efficiently.
2)VIP 20% discount was not applicable to ANY of the items I ordered (Landau pants and Landau fabric by the yard).
3)Customer service gave me the free shipping code "HERO", so that I could at least save the shipping charge on the (full- price) fabric. It DID NOT work.
Overall shopping experience was VERY frustrating.

1) shopping issue - I'll pass this onto IT to make sure we don't have any issues with that.
2) As I mentioned over the phone, the 20% OFF coupon excludes fabric, ScrubZone and already marked down items.
3) You were not charged for shipping on your order - it was over $99 so shipping was free automatically. That's probably why it didn't take the free shipping coupon.
Again, my apologies for any confusion or inconvenience you may have experienced on our site.

They shipped it super fast. I didn't even know it would come that fast. The shirt didn't fit how I expected but I'm going to exchange it. Overall, I was very impressed.
3 of the M top were to small and 3 of the M tall pants were way to long. How do I go about exchanging them. Please let me know ASAP.

Easy selection and fast transaction. A little miffed you wouldn't accept my debit card, but you did take my credit card so I guess it's okay. Got you 4 stars instead of 5. Always got good service, I'm a repeat customer.
The website had everything I needed sizes and all which was wonderful because usually other sites don't have available sizes in stock
I like the quality of the fabric, it has some stretch to it adding to the comfort. I love the fly zipper and pockets.
You order process is confusing because I do not have information about the 25 percent discount to most of the items I have ordered. This did not allow me to know the actual total cost of my order.
I've been using a1 scrubs for YEARS. Great selection, great prices, always receive my order within 2-3 days, doesn't get any better!!

Happy they have the classic scrubs I like. It's difficult to find them in stores because everyone has gone to the stretchy and/or moisture wicking kind of material (which I hate).
could not find matching true navy landau 2x scrub top as ordered last week. Had to choose another vendor (sorry) would have liked it to be only one order.
I had a difficult time putting in my Canadian address
I also wanted the express shipping $13.99 and it would not allow me to hit that choice

i ordered short pants and got regular length.
i am too busy for correction so i just look dumb with my pants too long.
