A1Scrubs

I ordered Black " I Love Nursing" compression stockings and received White ones, which I can't use. Yours was the only site that showed black ones, which is why I ordered them. White will not look well with gray scrubs, which is the only color that we can wear at work.

Website is easy to use EXCEPT the return customer. Even after resetting my password, I am not able to enter as a returning customer. Therefore, I do not feel I will be able to earn rewards. That is frustrating because I always use this site to order my scrubs.

Our practice has ordered from A1 for several years. We order around 160 sets with each order and Rob has always gone over and beyond to help with any ordering questions or issues. Awesome company!

Good customer service, but their inventory is a bit limited to standard sizes. On several of my orders I had to wait weeks before I could get certain sizes.

Bought a scrub and lab coat outfit for my granddaughter and her science project. This is the same quality of my scrubs and fits very well. It is not a cheap trick or treat costume. Nice!

The uniforms I normally order were out of stock. I found navigating the web site annoying. I actually came back twice to place my order. It did not use to be so hard to navigate. It was not a pleasant experience.

Scrubs arrived in timely manner. I had to exchange for a smaller size. The process of exchanging product is very easy and the replacement product arrived earlier than I expected!

Switch from shopping Lydias because a 5-7 day backorder took 3-4 weeks to get, hopefully A1 will be better.Way better than Lydias, my order was split into two shipments and only a day apart.

Some glitches with the website. Ultimately the order got placed. Tops and bottoms were reported to be the same color but they are not a perfect match...good enough but not perfect.

I'm a repeat customer and Rob makes it so easy. I just email and tell him what I need and he has my info on file and it is instantly taken care of! I love it!
