Looking for a brother toner that was old as crap and this site came to my rescue. Very happy abou their customer service but the shipping did take longer than expected. I was still very happy with the results.
I will never use this company again. They NEVER answer their phone and I have had many problems with them on getting my tax credited back to my charge card because we are tax exempt. They are horrible with returns and are a total rip off. Stay away from this company!

I ordered a letter folder from this site on June 1,2012. My card was charged immediately. It is currently June 29,2012 and I still don't have my letter folder. Now I have just spent an hour on hold waiting for my order status. I did speak to a person and was put immediately on hold. How hard is it to track an order! We were in the market for several pieces of machinery. We definately won't be ordering from here.
