I order two tire from tire mart on 1/25/2023 because they claim shipping the same day I have not received and tracking information from FEDEX. I tried to call that was hopeless so I tried the live chat well that was a joke I did email and someone from tire mart and they gave me a tracking number from FEDEX but the numbers that they gave me was the tracking numbers from a order that I made to priority tires on 1/28/2023 and they were delivered 1/30/2023. I would like to get this resolved.
it is first time ordering with bestsedtires.com and was easy to order.
i am exited to see if the quality is as good as it says.

Credit card did not process directly with error saying"failed AVS check". Had to use paypal, looking for logins, etc. Unnecessary hassle.

We do not claim same day shipping - we advertise that we ship on the same day if you purchase before 1pm Eastern; you purchased at 9pm Eastern. Your Order was processed thus on the 26th but, sadly, picked-up on the 28th instead of the 26th due to joint delays between us and FedEx. The Order was delivered on the 30th, which you yourself can verify with the FedEx Tracking Numbers we provided to you. We do acknowledge the delays with us and FedEx as well as that the tracking numbers were provided later than needed due to a software hiccup>
As such we earnestly apologize for any and issues on our part but your Order was nonetheless delivered to you in less than 5 business days!
With that said, we do apologize for the assorted issues with tracking your Order and for the communication delays, we've indeed been dealing with heavy amounts of incoming traffic!
I Have an 86 Year old mother who loves to ride curbs. Buying brand new tires every time she curbed a tire was expensive. I found by putting used name brand tires on her Mercedes was more practable.
Had terrible issues getting my cards to work on your system. By the time I worked through the issues, the tires I wanted were gone, and I had to settle for less. Terrible, terrible. Never had this type of issue in the past, and a real person to talk to after hours would've been of tremendous and valuable help, but no one available!!!

Saw something on line, went to buy it... out of stock. Forgot one piece of info during checkout - irritating to have to re-enter all the other information again... and again.

Ordered tires thru eBay Aug 25. Rcvd notice of FedEx shipping.After 5 days they call a say sorry we don't have this tire. But a higher priced set is available. Order *******168 canceled
We can definitely confirm that your order was formally shipped out on the 28th, but sadly on the 29th we received word from the warehouse that a stock issue occurred, as the supply of tires ran and out and the few ones left were not in good enough condition to be sent. There was no intention to cause you an issue or waste your time, in fact that is exactly why we stopped the order! We did contact you as soon as we could, on the 30th, to offer you different tires (with a discount on any price difference) or a full refund. You opted on a full refund and we obliged, providing it minutes later. We do not have the same tires available, but we did briefly have some similar tires in stock that could have been offered as well!
Overall there was definitely an unfortunate issue here and we earnestly apologize to you once more, but we assure you that we did try to resolve it in a fair manner and that the situation was not intended!
Site is balky ..there are claims of coupon availability through groupon and others but when you try to get the coupon info you are just taken to your site so I am not clear that any coupon discount was given. Also seems to kick you out so I had to go back in several times to place the order...pretty clunky
Great deal... quick delivery... but it was a really hard time to cross the canadian border without an invoice! Pulling up a screenshot of the invoice was unbelievable in their words... in the future please attach an invoice... I will buy again!

experience was well. my only suggestion is to have DOT information attached to item number (week & year)
I received the tires quickly and had them mounted two days later. It turned out that one of the tires had a hole in it and I didn't find out until I had returned home with it-so I had to go back to the tire place to have a tire I just bought repaired and then pay for that repair-of a tire I just purchased. If you're going to advertise that you check all the tires before you sell them, then I'm going to hold you to that - but you didn't and it cost me an extra 2 hours and $36.

Customer service is TERRIBLE! I ordered tires October 18,2022 it November 23,2022. Customer service 2x claim fed-x lost both orders! I spent over $700. Over (4) phone call on hold 4 hours and still NO TIRES! So I called my bank to reverse charges and they will take it from here. Never again will I even look at this site. Funny how they are a 4.8 star!
We can only earnestly apologize for the very odd and unique situation that took place. Certainly it is possible that a FedEx mishap occurs, but in this case FedEx (despite telling us otherwise) not only lost your Order immediately upon pick-up once, but two separate times - from two separate Warehouses. We do not want to make excuses or blame them, it is an extremely hectic shipping period and accidents can happen, but we want to reiterate that we did our best to ship your Order on time and as-advertised.
Once more we deeply apologize to you for the overall inconvenience but do assure you that situations like this are not the norm nor do they happen with any regularity.
There was no need to contact your bank - you can just contact us to ask for a Refund and we will honor it.
