This was a straightforward purchase and installation. It is good value and I will continue to use SSLs.com as my certificate supplier.

I am at this place and have no idea what just happened. Where's the form, the invoices the total due, is there a certificate , what web site is it for?
Very unprofessional way of POS. Also doesn't give a chance to back out if the price is too much or wrong.

It was overall a good experience. The only thing I wish I knew before purchasing was that the 5-year deal, while a great price, appears to be five 1-year certificates, and not one 5-year certificate. I will need to generate a new CSR each year and go through the process again.
While installing I needed to submit a support ticket. My submission failed because order could not be found. I finally worked around my issue, but this failure needs to be fixed
The experience from top to bottom was very quick, easy, and best of all, the certificate is super cheap in comparison to other providers. Had absolutely no issue with things.

This company used to be great but has fallen over the years to become a cheap company with terrible customer service. They don't send validations, make up excuses, and try and not refund orders that were not provided as agreed. Their customer service is rude and will try and drag it out. I would avoid them at all costs as cheaper isn't better.
