Thrilled by how quick the item came (furniture!) and honestly I probably wouldn't have purchased if I didn't first call in to speak with a customer service agent. They actually really showed personal attention and helped me understand the process, which isn't unlike any other online business with exception to the delivery (I got a dining table and needed to schedule a time to accept the delivery). If I could I would 1) buy more from Novi and 2) shop there just for the amazing customer service. Thank you!
I do not recommend shopping with this company. I ordered 4 bar stools from them only to find out 5 days later that their supplier is out of stock. It's 2018. Stock information should be constantly up to date. Waiting 5 days to tell me they were out of stock is not acceptable. Too many better companies to work with. The product that is out of stock is still showing available in their site. Too bad. Next.

Purchased two sets of nesting tables all glass, one in smoke finish, the other in clear glass. The dimensions seemed a little off but one call cleared that up. Also, one of the larger nesting tables came with a chip on the back which I relayed to them right away and received a replacement a week and a half later. Everything was very good for the most part.
Ordered a coffee table online & had to follow up multiple times, only to be told ten days later my product was out- stock. I went online and saw that the company was still selling the coffee table online now for $300.00 dollars more. I am still waiting for my refund.
I was looking for a very specific vanity table to complement my dresser and someone there helped me a good amount. They sent pictures of items that were not on their website, and some from the website. We ended up going with a semi-modern grey oak vanity that complemented our dresser very nicely. Sometimes online stores can have a hard time bringing that in store attention but this was very welcome and I didn't have to leave the couch. For that I will recommend them. Thank you.
Excellent customer service. I was looking for a sectional and I needed to get swatches to match the leather color and feel to my stools. Half of the places I reached out to didn't even answer their phones or emails. They answered all my questions and sent the swatches. The sectional is amazing. I was hesitant to order because of a few reviews here (although there are a lot of excellent reviews on Google shopping), I'm glad I did and thought I'd share my two cents. Thank you.

I ordered some chairs from here and when I got them they were poor quality and supposed to be a tan leather look but were a tacky yellow. I went to return them and it costs as much as all 5 chairs were to return them! Their customer service number NEVER picks up and sends me every time to voicemail. Someone on email has been responding but never once apologized for the crappy return policy or that the chairs were far fro the photo. They make you pay for shipping back which is over $300 and will additionally deduct the shipping they paid to send to you- which makes me out $400! So disappointed with this company- would never use ever again!
I thought I'd give my 2 cents for Novi Decor. I was recommended to this websites by my neighbor who went bought a few things from them. I gave them a try and ordered a bed from Novi Decor. After ordering I was surprised to find that the bed was not in stock. Frustrated, I was going to cancel but after talking to Emily I decided to keep it. Emily was able to upgrade my shipping for a short two week period. I was happy to keep the backorder and waited for my bed. Well delivery took a little longer than expected but Emily had explained that to me with the upgraded delivery. The delivery everything went smoothly and now we had the bed we always wanted. Overall, I think they are worth giving a try. I have ordered other furniture from other places like Wayfair (horrendous experience) and I like the feel of a small store like Novi Decor as they do give you a personal shopping experience.
Received a fantastic discount on my purchase by calling in! Customer service lady was great to work with and even sent me options on what would work well with my current dining table. Purchased a set of 6 chairs, I asked for a discount just in case (why not, right?) and they gave me one! I think this is something that you can never get with larger online stores that lose that connection.
I'm very happy with the dining chairs and the service. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for dining chairs, or really anything for contemporary furniture!

Nobody answers the phone, always voicemail, and then they reply through email with some BS answers.

I purchased a leather sectional and was hesitant about the color and grade of leather and asked for some samples so I could see the leather texture and actual color up front. It took a week to get me those samples but I was actually surprised they sent it. Two other stores flat out said they wouldn't do it and another wanted to charge me up front and would repay me when I shipped it back to them on my own dime.
The texture and color were good and the sectional looks wonderful.
I ordered a $1000 couch, it was on backorder for 2 months. Once it arrived it was damaged. I didn't know this until I opened the package. I filed a claim and they told me "If there was no damage signed for (at the time of delivery) then there is not much we can do. We can extend a 5% discount on your next purchase or a $25.00 refund to get a touch up kit, which should more than handle the cost."
I called and the claims department told me that I should have opened the package before signing for the delivery.
So now I have a damaged $1000 couch
My wife and I ordered dining chairs and they sent the wrong ones (or they weren't properly advertised). They would only refund 40% of the cost for a return. WTF.
Emailed a few times to get info on a Modway outdoor set and all my questions, which were generally about weight and dimensions, were answered quickly. The 11pc set arrived much quicker than expected, which posed problems for me, but it's not their fault, in fact I would rather have things quicker rather than delayed. The delivery guy helped bring it off the truck and we took care of the rest. I would get more pieces from them for sure. Keep it up.
Was super scared about some of the bad reviews because they all pertained to damage. I ordered 4 stools for my counter and received them fairly quick. Sure enough, one had a bent leg by the footpad. I thought it was going to be a nightmare to fight it out with some company over something like a bent leg. I let them know right away and sent pictures of the leg. THE TRACKING FOR THE REPLACEMENT WAS SENT THE NEXT DAY. Happy with everything so far.
When Novi Decor was out of some chairs I ordered, they switched them for chairs I didn't like and refused to take them back without paying over half the total amount I paid. I was only emailed, not called, by Andrew N. And no other supervisor or manager called or contacted me even when I requested they do so.
This was my 3rd order from Novi Decor. My first was a dining table and chairs. My second was an armchair for my reading nook. Today I ordered a lamp for my nook. I just want to say that emily is a dear. She is so helpful and sweet. She answered all my questions no matter how many I had. It makes it easier to shop at a place where I feel welcome and treated like they care about me. I have recommended them to all my friends and I will be back to fill out the rest of my home.
Purchased 6 for my dining table and 3 stools for my island/counter. Came very quick, packed well, color/dimensions/material was very good (hard to tell from a picture). They looked better in person. I'd recommend Novi Decor to friends and family.
We made a purchase from Novi Decor and product was delivered with chips, scratches and damage. They blame the product manufacturer and refuse to correct the order.
Stay away from them unless you want to throw away your money!
We ordered four counter stools in July 2015. A few arrived damaged but were useable. However, within three months, three out of the four fell apart while people were sitting in them. Thankfully, nobody was hurt. I made a claim with Novi Décor and with MUCH persistence, they finally acknowledged that the manufacturer had sent us a faulty batch of stools. They told us to discard/donate the stools and that they would send us a new batch as soon as possible. SIX MONTHS later, we received a box in the mail with the replacement stools. They were different than what we had originally ordered, but we thought we'd just deal with it because we didn't want to spend more time dealing with this company. That was until we realized they only sent us three, not four, stools. Novi is now refusing to send us the fourth stool because we didn't make "a claim" for it. However, they are the ones that acknowledged that we had been sent a faulty batch of stools and told us to discard them. We followed their instructions and assumed we'd be getting a whole new set. So now we are left with three, not four, stools that are different than our original order. I will NEVER order from Novi Décor again and I encourage you all to avoid them as well. I will be submitting a complaint to the FTC unless Novi decides to be a responsible company and correct their mistake.
Very happy with the prices and product selection. The staff was good on the phone guiding me. I ordered a sofa sectional and it took a bit longer than I wanted, but only because I opted for the premium delivery. I was extremely hesitant because it's a big purchase and I thought I'd share my experience. Overall, very good.

I was emailed the other day by Novi asking to change my review to a five star and would get a free shipping on my order (which I've already canceled). I guess that explains all the positive reviews that's been written once every two days since May 2015. Negative reviews are the real ones, do not trust the positive reviews and waste your time and money.
I would not recommend this company I ordered a dining table, entertainment system and sectional which took 2 months to arrive when the sectional arrived it was damaged and I refused the order. I have been going back and forth with customer service rep Emily B trying to get my money back and have been getting the run around going to dispute this charge with my bank.
We're truly sorry about the bad experience you have had with the sectional sofa. We do our best with trying to insure items arrive in great condition but sometimes damages do occur. We have actually issued a refund but cannot expedite the process. The normal time it takes to see the refund is usually 2-3 business days. Let us know if there is something we can do to make your shopping experience better.
Find another website for what you're looking for. I ordered a chair from them that was also available on Wayfair. When I received it the box was destroyed and the chair was broken and scratched bad. I notified them immediately and they asked for numerous pictures, time and time again (thanking me each time, then asking for more photos) then promised to send me replacement parts, which they sent the wrong parts, then I had to wait another 2 months for the correct parts. Which i still didnt receive everything I was supposed to. I told them I wanted to just return the item as I was sick of the back and forth for 3 months (still don't have the chair I ordered in perfect condition) and they said I had to then pay for the FREE shipping to me and pay $42 shipping back (so $84 total for NOTHING!) to which I disputed the charge with my credit card and they sent me to collections. I called them to discuss and they were incredibly rude and said they don't care about anything they just want the money. I will never order anything from a company that treats their customers this way. AWFUL customer service! Instead of fighting the collections, which I know I would win because I still haven't got what I ordered. But it's only $200 so its not worth the fight. Just beware!
