Bought the pad from the official site. Still waiting on the product to be delivered. No communication whatsoever about the process and how it's being handeld. Their only excuse is that there is a shortage. How can a big coperation release a product with such poor preperation, I have no idea. I hope their product is not as dissapointing as the trouble purchasing it 😒

HI I am ROHIT this side I was buy this phone from FLIPCART which is Redmi note 13 Pro 8gb/256gb. From day 1 I found the issue which is mirror casting issue which is globally happened in all 13 series so please don't by 13 series.

I have purchased this phone on 10 Jan I found the issue on 18th Jan from that day I have summitted my phone till today 20-02-2024 my phone is already in service center no one is helping here.

I already did complaint against MI, FLIPCART in consumer court as well but nothing any happen they saying just wait and wait.

I have attached my job sheet for real true evidence.

Very Bad company, missing guiding, wrong commitment, wrong preview, and telling a lai.
And services is very very Bad, with under warranty product, or product is no fijical damage, product is now running, But after purchasing mi, ximoi, redmi, company products, then services not provided for as under warranty, they charge tha money, so Very very poor.

Your Mi Product will turn absolute if it needs repair.
This is what happened to you, after almost a year of use of mi projector 2, which Xiaomi is still selling but not able to repair due to the lack of spare parts, and even the head office could not solve or take responsibility for the issue.
I bought 4 different products from them, but when I needed service they could not fix it. The products now are trash, i contacted their service center, they asked me to provide a lot of information but they failed to coordinate with the local service center and solve the problem, due to lack of spare parts.
You will even reply to the comment to DM them, they don't do anything.

Very worst brand dont use this brand mobile phones i am using xiaomi 11t pro cost of *******/- every time charging issue and if we go to service center means no parts will be available and if we order for parts means 15 days time they are taking and the service centers also not uthorized people waste of taking addtional warrenty with zopper insurance company also they are manupulating customers. So friends no mi lets down fall it

Seemingly this tech company produces everything from smartphones to automatic pepper grinders or smart lamps.
I don't know how they manage to do all this stuff but I have no complaints about the vast majority of their products. I used several of them in my life and everything was of a good quality.

As for me it's one of the most versatile tech companies in the world. It seems like they produce everything from smartphones to some electric bottle openers. In fairness I just made it up about electric bottle openers, but maybe they have those xD

Love my poco phone. It drains slowly! Had it on for 3 days before it got drained. Highly recommended!

Hi. I purchase my new laptop from MI. In this battery is drained within 2 hours of usage. We request to apply this product but in service center says it would be observed for 24 hours. And we put our laptop in the service center. Now it's 72 hours but no one gives us the proper answer when approval comes. It takes to a long time like 10 to 15 days for the replacement of this product.
No one can give proper answers in customer care also. I am doing work from home and my job is new. So how can I explain my company? Without a laptop, I can't work. It will be very same for me.
I am facing big trouble. When the service center also says its a genuine battery issue the company does not give approval for replacement. And no one helps me. So it's a loss for me. Never buy mi product. Customer satisfaction is very poor. Everyone gives an answer we can't do anything about that. It's 10 or 15 days' time for replacement it's a very loss for me.

Xiaomi has the best mobile phones, I just bought the Redmi Note 12 Turbo and it is a super powerful machine.

The more mi mobile phones are selling, they are destroying the updates after i updated my android 12 on my poco x3, while using the mobile the phone suddenly died after all i was having 90% battery left was left on my phone from now onwards i am never ever gonna buy or let any of my people buy a mi mobile phone realme or vivo is far better than this buggy miui,,what should i do now?

Stay away from this company, they are terrible human beings and their phones are Barbie phones! I purchased a Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5g. This phone gave me nothing but problems. From the very first day I bought it, it had a line running through the screen from top to bottom. Don't purchase this mobile it has heating issues and the proximity sensor is the worst, all the problems starts form the software issue it works on it's own and the device hangs within the warranty period and xiomi service is the worst compared to other brands i don't recommend this phone it's definitely worst phone The handsfree speaker and mic is useless and people can't hear me when I use it! Also, the speaker when attached to your ear annoyingly crackles. The apps it comes with don't work, like the universal remote! Furthermore, It's supposed to have a feature which allows you to record calls but it doesn't! The only decent feature is the camera, but unfortunately I need a phone not a camera. Everytime I tried to address these problems with customer support, I was asked to send a diagnostic test result run through the phone (feature available), I punctually did send it but with no avail, the issues where never addressed. I'm never buying anything from Xiaiomi ever again. Please don't purchase Xiaomi Mobile's This company is a disgrace with no respect for their customers
