This was my first order from Jobst. I have been ordering less expensive stockings from a different company for a year and had never been satisfied with how they fit. I ordered only one pair to see how I liked them and how well they fit. I'm very satisfied with the fit. I wish the shipping had been quicker.
I ordered 4 pairs of stockings from CompressionStockings.com based on their website stating the item was "in stock". Here it is one month later. They shipped me one pair of stockings. They did not answer my email inquiry about the rest of my order. Try telephoning them during business hours and you'll get a recording too. The material is nice but not enough compression even though it said 20-30mg. I thought because they were made by medi they would be close to custom. Very disappointed.
I bought the opaque petite stockings that are 15-20 mmhg. They were knee high and open toe. I need to wear one pair on my left leg most of the time due to circulatory problems. When I woke up the first night I wore them both ends slipped. Laura was GREAT in Customer Service and suggested a different pair with more compression. I am anxiously waiting for them to arrive.
This company is a scam, it seems they scam non-US based customers more often. I made an order for two pairs of stockings that came up to approximately 180 USD and I never received them because, according to customer service, they were backlogged. So I requested they cancel my order and issue a full refund. The payment was taken from my card on November 1,2021 and still no reply or refund from the company. I called and got their answering machine. This is literally theft.
I needed to return items that where never opened and could not reach a live person at this business. They have no phone number, didn't respond to my emails, and I have limited vision and needed assistance to make the return. I finally had a friend help me figure out their complicated return policy but as a result the return ended up being more than 30 days so I guess they aren't going to return my $200 for socks! The instructions on how to make a return aren't even accurate. So now I am out my money, the $15 to send it back and they apparently kept the socks as well.

There is no way to get a hold of a person at this company, only email which they did not return either.

I have shopped on this website for a number of years and have never been disappointed. They have a significant number of top suppliers and their search functions help narrow down the selections. Additionally, I've never found a site that sells the same brands for less.

Worse company for buying socks.
1 order 3 pair of socks worth $148 for my old parents.
At first they charged on my card without sending any order process or shipping info. You will never get any information of order from them.
After waiting about 10days I received 1st pair(quality was bad). Since they don't have CS no so I sent email about my order and how to return the bad pair I don't want. They then gave me one tracking no for the product with I have already received, no info about return. Then I sent another email about missing 2 pair of socks. After 2 day they send me another tracking no. Saying it shows you have already received the product. By the meantime I received 2nd pair.
Then I ask them about the 3rd pair. They kept providing me the two tracking no they already gave me for the 2 pair I received. At this point I stopped asking about return process. After waiting 2/3 days, I again asked about missing pair. They kept asking in the email did I checked properly, if I checked my mail box, PO box. I told them I checked every where. Then they told can you check again?
Then I said, since you gave me 2 tracking no then that means all pair suppose to come in those to packages. Since the missing pair was not any of those two packages then means you never send me the last pair. Why you are asking me to check again? Unless the parson replying my email pack all 3 pair and ship them by herself how she is sure they send all 3 pair to me.
Then told them enough is enough. Either replace or refund me otherwise I will file complain to consumer right union. They never replied.
They just stole 110 dollar from me. I am writing the complain letter.

These are high quality compression stockings. I wear then every day and they are tremendously helpful. I have much less fatigue at night.
Nice stocking, sheer, darker than I expected. More coffee than beige. Biggest complaint is that the stockings dont have enough elastic in the top to keep them in place. I wore them one day, and they were around my ankles all day long. Very disappointed in this product.
I have called your customer service 3 times to tell them I need to return this product and always get an answering machine and no one calls back. What kind of a con business are you running.

I ordered a pair of the wool socks some time ago for my husband but they were shoved to the back of the drawer. I was out of town, not home doing laundry, so he got down to a few pair and put on the compression socks with this boots since he would be on his feet most of the day in his workshop. He loved them and asked me to order more. That is high praise from a man who doesn't pay too much attention to what he is putting on daily.
I had to 2 day ship a compression sleeve for my flight because I couldn't find mine. I ordered the same sleeve, the same manufacturer (lymphedivas) and the same size. When I received it (after I paid 20 dollars in shipping) it said small, long instead of small regular (as the site stated). Apparently the manufacturer changed their definitions for long to mean regular and short to mean what I used to order as regular. I wrote their customer service and 5 days later I received a response. They stated that I should have re-measured my arm and checked the new size names to know I should now have ordered a short. Told me they would refund me and waive the shipping fee on the new one but I would have to pay shipping to return. What? I was out a 20 dollar shipping fee and the money to ship it back to them. Incredibly rude email and confusing site. I will NEVER order from here again. I'm going to keep the long sleeve and fold it over. Do NOT order from this website. There are lots of others out there.
The opague stockings that are the same size I ordered the last time are are shorter this time. Also the opague stockings in this order are two inches shorter than the sheer stockings of the same size in this order. The foot is smaller also. Has the manufacturer changed something?
Beware! Do not get scammed by this company compressionedge.com. I placed my order on Mar 3,2021 and as of May 26th the goods have not arrived yet. They claim they shipped the goods via USPS with tracking number, but it most likely got stuck in their partner facility elsewhere (DHL) on Mar 10th and both Compressionedge.com AND USPS claim they can't follow up on the matter. After numerous calls to borh theSE companies, all they can say is that they brought the matter up to their managemrnt, yet they admit that the goods getting stuck with DHL is a common complaint among their customers. Meanwhile USPS shows on their online tracking system that they do not have any further updates on the package, neither can they follow up. All they can do is send me an email to apologise for the inconvenience. I called DHL too several times as well and they claim that they received the goods on Mar 10th, and it was transferred & received at USPS on Mar 12th, but that most likely, USPS never unloaded or scanned the package after receiving it. It is just all fingerpointing and no action on all three - the supplier, DHL & USPS. I believe all 3 are involved in this scam, but especially Compressionedge themselves. And the product was not even shipped from an overseas lication. The transport only happened within the USA. On top of that, after my most recent follow up phone call with them, the company or supplier charged ne another $10.+ for nothing. The original order was over $100.

I had placed an order online but only received an automated reply. I tried contacting the merchant but never received a respond to my request even after numerous attempt to contact them via e-mail and phone. I noticed today that they have removed their phone number and their "Chat Line".
First of all if you deal with "Laura" - she's a total $#*!. I heard her talking to a manufacturer and she literally has no tact. Why not just stay at home and collect unemployment if you're clearly that unhappy... then you shouldn't work with people.

I have continually been in touch asking for a refund for stockings returned unopened. I didn't want the order in the first place. Called and asked for the order to be cancelled and was told it was already shipped. That was 10/24/2016. I received a email 10/25/2016 that the order was shipped. The young man the day before lied. If their system was working right in the first place only one order would have been ordered. They have kept my money They are thieves and should be ashamed. I am now told I have 14 dollars in store credit. They have nothing I need. The other opened order proved that. Their 3x would never fit my Daughter's leg. I simply want my money back. I have had 6 positive dealings with this online dealer over the years including reimbursement of a returned item but my most recent transaction leads me to believe that they are just selling inventory without dealing with customer service
I purchased a pair of stockings that didn't fit I sent them an email through their site with a 2-3 week delayed response I went through their protocol for returning the item 4mo ago and no reimbursement or response to emails regarding the returned item
It appears that the company is going out of business clearing inventory
STAY AWAY. Delivery took much longer than expected being they are on the east coast and I'm on the east coast. Ordering was easy, but trying to get a tracking number for the shipment was impossible. I called customer service twice. Each time got a different reason as to why it hadn't shipped.
The first person there told me it was because I ordered Juzo knee highs with silicone band. She claimed they come without the band and it takes time to sew in the silicone band. I never heard of anything so rediculous and should have canceled.
When the shipment never arrived and my email requests for a tracking number were ignored. I called customer service again and spoke to a rude man, Brian told me the order would have shipped, had I not ordered the bottle of liquid stocking detergent. ( So the 1st delay was because they had to sew the silicone bands on and now I guess they need time to mix and bottle a batch of detergent.;)
The stockings are not holding up well. With less than two months of alternating use and using the detergent they recommended and supplied. The stockings aren't compressing and one has a small hole.
We have been using the same Juzo silicone band model stocking for years obtained from our health care provider and then via the Internet. They come from Juzo with the silicone band and have consistently provided the correct compression and held up well.
Makes me wonder if compressionstockings.com is selling old expired stockings. Or are they putting together something cheaply and using the Juzo name?
I emailed compressionstockings.com seeking replacement or refund. I'll post an update.
