The item I received arrived almost immediately after being shipped and was new-in-box as expected, operating perfectly. The only point of detraction in the ordering process was the Email I received just in the previous week informing me that the open order couldn't be re-authorized due to insufficient funds and that the order was being cancelled; the item was processed and shipped anyway, and while utterly confusing, I'm quite pleased with the result and am happy to have the product in time for Mother's Day

The product came in about a month early which was fantastic. My grandson will be thrilled. We got it for his birthday and that is what counts. Thank You.

Ordering and shipping were easy and a breeze. I have yet to unpackage and use the printer, but I feel it will work well with our office. I will let Colamco know if I have any problems with the printer.

Good. The only issue is your page loading speed and data entry into various fields both have a noticeable lag. Not a big deal though.

Cell phone cover is exactly as expected. Delivery time was just fine; was hard to track but I asked their customer service and they gave me the information right away. Thanks!

I prefer to use Paypal with a new vendor, but the Paypal checkout seems to have an issue - it just spins forever and never pops up a Paypal window.

Quick, tidy, good service. I found a new supplier and am now ordering all my networking gear from them and posting links of them to friends who ask. Well done.

Check out was easy, though for new customer check-outs, you should specify that the password has certain conditions (length, etc) at that point. Customers become concerned after clicking "complete transaction" . . . then having to re-enter a new password that meets the criteria and then clicking "complete transaction" a second time. This can lead to customer's being concerned they are accidentally ordering two items!

Great pricing on this device. Had to clean install as the image from Lenovo has some odd issues. All sorted with a clean install though.

Device performs well and is a great value for the performance you get out of this.

After changing the UMA frame buffer to 2GB I'm able to run Forza Horizon 3 at 1080p, 30 FPS on the lowest settings for everything else.

It does dip down occasionally, but stays locked at 30 for the most part. That's pretty impressive at this price range, especially with a solid quality 512GB SSD.

I ordered a Lenovo monitor for my Fiance for Christmas. With the shipping issues going on in our country I ordered the product in November to make sure it was here in time for Christmas. Rhis was a Suprise for her and she wanted a 2nd monitor for her laptop. Right after Christmas it was realized that this particular monitor was not compatible for what she needed. I contacted the returns department and explained what was going on. They did not care and basically said we can not return the product. Very disappointed.

Allowing free shipping for providing email address for first time shoppers is definitely a great way to start a business relationship! Much appreciated! :o)

It would be good to have some more info on the site about setting up a Gov't tax-free account. Otherwise very good website & service.

My one suggestion is that you require signature on expensive packages. I was in a panic when the package was delivered without signature, and it took several days after delivery, for me to find out who had my $8,ooo package.

Your service is very good, but when I search for an item (by name) the website runs very slow and has always done so.

You guys keep changing the price on the printer I want. It seems like every time I come back to see if it's gone down, it hasn't gone back to where it originally was when I decided I wanted it. (Only 2 weeks ago).

Shipping speed was great. Did not ship same day, even though I ordered it early in the morning. Had to ask a few times to get the tracking number. Didn't get tracking number until 2 days after I placed my order.

The website UX works well, but I was nervous about security at first because your logo is low resolution and I took that as a red flag.

Very impressed with price, quick delivery, and follow up. Will use Colamco again and recommend.
