Great Customer Service, Tony has been our sales person on 2 separate orders and we have been very pleased with his work. The bench configurator is a good tool, however we would like to see all the options when using the configurator. (aka bench top color selection, drawer width selection)

Received products very quickly and assembly was a breeze!

Ordered set of pedestal drawers over 2 months ago. As of yesterday they still haven't shipped! Except for this my experience has been excellent. Purchased 7 other work benches and was extremely please with ease of assembly and sturdiness of the bench. Finished height dimensions were right on. Have already referred two associates. Janette was always friendly and helpful as my sales rep. Highly recommend.

Bench Depot has been providing me with high-quality work benches for years. I've used them to outfit a 65,000 square foot distribution center as well as my own home workshop.

They products are beautifully engineered, built to last, easy to assemble, and delivered well-packaged by excellent carriers...and custom built incredibly quickly.

These guys are one of my all-time favorite vendors.

My overall experience with BenchDepot has went very well. We purchased a large number of table and accessories and have been pleased with the product. We had some damage caused by carrier that delivered the tables, but the customer service person at Bench Depot helps us replace the damaged parts in a very timely manner.

Got excellent assistance via phone from a sales rep during my order process. Love the ability to configure exactly what I wanted, and the assembly was easy. I'm loving my new workbench. Thank you!

The bench I purchased was much nicer than I anticipated. Job required my altering parts of the bench as well as adding guards and other features. When the customer received it, they gave me extremely positive feedback. In fact, because of this project, they have asked me to do several more projects including up to two dozen more benches!
As for customer service, everyone I spoke to at Bench Depot acted like it was their own company! Couldn't have been any better!

Had some difficulty navigating the website with regards to how to pay/check out. Once i contacted customer service Rey Resendiz helped me out. Overall good experience.

I get survey links all the time but hardly ever fill them out. This is the exception- We have bought benches from Bench Depot for over 10 years and we have never been disappointed. We have 90% of the benches we buy built and customized and they can still ship in less then a week. Thats impressive. I would highly recommend Bench Depot.

The Bench Pro product is very well designed with practical, useful features. Very easy to assemble and set up, and extremely rugged and durable for any type of electronic lab work. We chose the Kennedy line of benches, ordered 12 units. We are extremely happy with the way these benches are serving our R&D and production needs, both electronically and mechanically. Very sturdy product. We like it, and it works great for us. Custom items take little too long and responses are not as quick. But in the end it's always solved to customer satisfaction. Thank you, BenchDepot!

We are pleased with the customer service help. They guided us through the web page. After a little instructions we were able to follow the logic behind the web page design. The products arrived quickly, complete and in good shape. The assembly instructions are fairly intuitive. Perhaps an improved pictorial diagram including all the parts to assemble would be very helpful.

I am in constant contact with Nancy at Bench Depot. She is awesome to work with and always keeps us informed regarding our orders. She has excellent customer service skills and she is just a pleasure to work with. She is always willing to make everything right if an order is messed up, (with packing and or damage in shipping). Product is great. Sales service and customer service are terrible. Sales people take more than a day to respond to email questions. It took over 7 days to iron out the order. Sales person missed putting adjustable legs on the order despite an email chain describing the range of adjustment I needed. Sales person took 4 days to respond to phone calls regarding the error. Since assuring me they would send the correct parts immediately, it has been two weeks and they still have not shipped.
Again, the product is great, but there have been errors on my last three orders.
It is just not worth the hassle of dealing with the terrible service.
I will take my business elsewhere.

I have purchased similar products from Bench Depot before and knew how they units go together. A person unfamiliar with that would of had some issues such as what to install first etc. If you know what you should do first, you would not have to take things apart and assemble differently. Quality of the product is excellent. Screws lined up with holes etc., all in all a very solid product!!

I have ordered 7 benches from Bench Depot and all were easy to assemble and really good quality. Sandy assisted me with all 7 benches and she was very helpful and accommodating. When I did have an issue with damaged parts Sandy was there to help me with replacement parts. I recently bought a cabinet and I am very happy with the quality of the product. From now on if I need anything for the lab i check the Bench Depot website first. Great product and awesome service.

Excellent product. Excellent design. Pricing is in line with other similar products but Bench Depot quality is superior. When customers and sister plants come through for a tour, the Bench Depot workstations are always asked about and I pass on the information.

I can not say enough about Sandy, she took care of our issue without any problems. Her company stood behind their products a replaced them free of charge. How many companies do that this day. My hat is off to bench Depot. Thank you for the great service.

Excellent! Very helpful to understand the options and dimensions and select the bench design that would work best for me. My workbench arrived in perfect condition and I use it every day.

shipment was delivered on time, one of the tops had some shipping damage. We contacted Israel, took a couple of pictures, Israel opened a claim and within a few days we had the replacement top.
