Delivery was good and everything ok good service thankful for the prompt

I ordered something without realizing it only came with 1/3 of what I needed in my order. Ed Stairman must have read my mind and contacted me right away to let me know what the order actually included. For the entire order, it was a little more than I was able to spend right now, so he refunded and cancelled the order for me immediately. Very impressive. Future customer here.

A Plus Warehouse is very quick and has access to a nice variety of material handling products. They should quote lower shipping costs.

I was never told it was going to take so long to get my hand truck...not by the Ed the sales rep and not by customer service. I had to call in after waiting a week only to find out I wouldn't get it until March 27th. Other than that, I am satisfied.

They will take your order and provide an ETA that they won't meet. Start of many lies about production issues and ship to the wrong address 3 weeks late.
