99rdp.com are Fake scammers i ordered a admin rdp from them but its not working they canceled my rdp and refund in store i was requested them to refund me my payment on same payment mode in crypto but they are not refunding my balance they are asking to add more money to there rdp upgrade but i rised ticket and also chat with them for refund on my wallet i dont want to buy any thing tey are not giving refund they are 100% fraud and scammers

I believe I am eligible for refund, because:
- I specifically ordered New York RDP and the support confirmed the IP will be in New York state
- They provided me with IP in Washington state, which means they lied when they were marketing their services as New York IP
They basically sold me the wrong product and I refuse to accept it. I am waiting for the refund for a day already. Their support is not responding + I can't even cancel service subscription. 0 out of 10.

STAY OUT! Services are worst than you will ever see. The server restarts itself, programs are not running, support is always saying they fix it and nothing.

I have 6 tickets in 10 days so yes that often the server fails. No refund no nothing. Just say out of these scammers

The least i can say about this people is that they have poor service and customer support, and they have no transparency in their service. If not, i will say they are scammers.
I ordered for a Canada residential rdp for close to 24 hours now and they are yet to give me the login details. I have opened 4 support tickets but i kept getting nauseating answers.
I can't recommend them to anyone until and unless, perhaps, they prove me wrong. In fact, if i get no response from them within the next 24 hours, i will conclude they are scammers and i will spread this message on many social media group to warn people away from them.

I honestly had a real bad experience with them, I asked for a demo and they provided a test for 10min. I asked if I could keep It and pay directly and they agreed but little did I know when I made the payment my RDP got cancelled and I was provided with a new one much slower with bad ip. Customer support is really dodgy and wont take responsibility for anything. They also have a 1TB bandwidth limit and they charge 7 frkn Dollars for extra TB when all other providers are unlimited. Not recommended whatsoever. There much better options out there

I bought from them Bluestacks RDP one of their high options ( 50$). They promised in their website with fast and improved performance but in real it is so poor and too slow and don't support Android emulators. It took from me about 30 minutes just to sign in google play and about 45 minutes to install one app (size about 50 mb) and after installing the app i cant use it because it didn't react just hanging. I tried to reboot the RDP but was useless. I tried to contact them but they didn't answer any call or any Wahtsapp massages. I only could contact them with email and i asked for refund because i couldn't use thier service because of poor performance they refused.

Very old host systems 2012!, cant even run bluestack on them, very incompetent company indeed, scam, i had to try to upgrade the graphics drivers, have tried to reach for them all in vain, wanted a newyork server was given washington, u guys are disgisting asf.

Terrible Customer Service. Completely ignored me. I ordered a rdp with admin for 29.99, took over 4 days delivered. Where do I start.
On day 1, I waited the 12 hours they said nothing.
24 hours later contact support again, they said 45mins.
Contact them 45 mins later. They said they got no ips's it'll be a day. Next day, nothing. Next day after nothing.
Every single day I messaged for a refund, to be told to stop being fussy and co-operate... Does it not go through to them after 4 days of waiting and asking for a refund. Worse of all I paid via Bitcoin or I would've charged back on this crap.

I'v used there services few years ago, was great! Came back and bought ADMIN RDP, where the name says it. You can install your own preferred browsers, and anything you like and customize the RDP to your needs.

How Ever ADMIN RDP = Normal RDP with almost no privileges, After contacting them they said if you need to install anything you must send us a ticket and we install it for you. (so everytime i want to install something i have to message them and wait a day or 2 to get that... basically will never move forward)

Point 2, After buying the RDP. 1/2 Days later it went down! I lost all my files Expect for the ones that where saved in a special folder... and the reason is: MALWARE...

Point 3, To really buy an admin RDP you must buy a ADMIN RDP PACKAGE - DIAMOND that costs a little bit more money. And guess what... they only say the sell but it's always out of stock...

This company is also registered under Different names like, 99rdp and amazing rdp and bestbuyrdp all those sites share the same login and database making the 100% the same website hoping that sitejapper already knows that 2/3 profiles pages for the same company is here. Against T&G.
