This company has a good idea, but then they do not execute well. No training on their platform, you have no say on what they post. You have no input. They say they know the cannabis space, but they got me in trouble with Instagram in week 2. Had they allowed conversation between them and me, I could have told them exactly what the rules were for cannabis. It's not like these rules are printed anywhere…you can only know them by living it. But you are not allowed to talk to them, you can email them once there is a problem and they are then very responsive, but still they do not talk to you. Why don't you want to talk to you clients? Very low price, but very low quality and not much thought or strategy.

They actually posted a picture of someone rolling a cigarette. I guess they thought it was a joint. I did not get to actually talk to anyone, so I don't know for sure what they were thinking or why they would post a cigarette on a cannabis site for women over 50. Lots of negative comments from the IG community on that one.

While I was dubious about any site that claims to enhance your social marketing online, 98 Bucks Social truly did not deliver. They claimed that for $98 per month they would manage your social media sites to increase sales. While it is hard to determine any sales increase I can honestly say they did nothing as I received no sales during the period of their service. The most irritating part is they make almost impossible to cancel their service. Their online form does not work and there is no other way to cancel. I finally had to call my bank, dispute the charge and cancel my credit card; my bank could also not find any contact information for the company. Only after my banks rejection of the charge did I receive an email from 98 Bucks Social and then they wanted proof that I cancelled the service with their online form - the online form does not work. I am very sorry I ever signed up with this company.
