88Drain provides amazing service and exemplary customer service. If you need plumbing work, don't call anyone else.

Control freak lady took it upon herself and tag me as rude then ban me from the company. I had used them. Several times before and ways had been nice. Short fuse, nasty. AVOID. They are unfair in their practices and unreasonable. Arrogant conpany thinks they can decide who is rude when they are in fact the ones who are rude and bigoted. Who bans a customer over a conversation on the phone? Like I committed skme high crime. They fabricated a story to make me look bad cause the customer service lady wanted revenge. I am never rude to anyone unless they are rude to me. Fake news fake ban. They discriminate and do not follkw the law. Bigots and prejudiced people. Stay away.

I have used them twice in the past month and they have done an excellent job both times. Josh worked on my kitchen sink and bathroom and he is very knowledgeable in his job. I highly recommend 88 Drain to anyone who wants an excellent job done the first time.

We had a sluggish drain in our kitchen sink and after trying a DIY project to clear it, managed to have water running all over the kitchen floor. We used our Choice Home Warranty and were referred to Quality Drain Service (aka 88Drain) who promptly responded to set the appointment for repair. Stephen Jobe called to let us know he was on the way and arrived promptly during the scheduled time. He found a hole in our 12-year-old garbage disposal was the problem, replaced the unit, and tidied up after himself. During his visit, we had a lovely chat and we found this young man to be both extremely professional, very efficient, and totally delightful as well. He was very thorough, explained everything we needed to know, and did an excellent job. We would rate his service A+ for sure!
