Patiently, calmly reassuring me as they noticed I'm an anxious Traveller. Ali tirelessly kept me informed with all relevant informations throughout the process. I was very surprised to find when Ali was not around how quick Assad intervene in resolving issues.

I was served by Numan Sheikh who was extremely patient and helpful in arranging and booking a complete Umrah package with all inclusions for me and my disabled wife. I would recommend him and his company to those who are wishing to perform Umrah/Hajj. The only negative point is sometimes it is hard to actually communicate by phone.
We Got a package from 7 continent, I did not them at all but having conversation over the phone i decided to go through them because of Mr sheryar.
