Great Service!

My experience today with Sarah was very professional and informative. Our issue with our dog could possibly be treated with something over the counter. I would not have known that had I not spoken with Sarah. I'm very grateful that I came across this site and would recommend it to all of my family, friends and anyone with a fur baby.

It was wonderful. The doctor was very polite and walked me step by step to help my frog. She remained on there phone with me until the issue was rectified and I am ever so grateful. She was very informative and pleasant.

Computer system malfunction.

Went into the IRS, maybe 3 screens, clicked on a name to chat with & got 6YA screen to secure a cc from me. I thought the IRS was charging for chats, filled it out, & Brandon called. He was very thoughtful & helpful!

What a few days I've had The first expert working in his car ended up hanging up on me cause I didn't know enough about computers and neither did he. The second person I talked to very helpful LWll ok l and he got me in to where password can be changed but mine couldn't be. Another request has to be sent in to try it another way
