My wife and I spent 6 hours on the phone last night and I spent another 3 hrs. On line this morning trying to get. Rid of this 'life-lock applocatio. In the process we were told to down load 'anydesk' application. We were told that their salesman has made a mistake and refunded $647.00 instead of the $47 we were supposed to get and would we please go to Walmart and send them transfer of $600 to an address they would give us when we got there! There was a lot of drama about people losing there jobs. Their English was very garbled and it was a stressful process! Eventually they hijacked our computer and sent themselves $6000. Our bank didn't honor the requeqst (because of the website) thank you Jesus! We still couldn't get rid of the application. Tried on line with apple help but because of the delays in our conversations I finally gave up!
