Good shipping time. Ordered size large which ran a little big. But, overall I'm satisfied. Unfortunately, even though I like the men's clothes that's carried I won't be ordering anything else from them. Temu carries nice clothing also, but they always have free shipping. This company does not
I ordered a bag to Ukraine and paid all taxes plus shipping. The bag arrived defective - the logo was sewn upside down. The employee said that the free exchange is only within the United States. Obviously, it is not profitable for me to send it back at my own expense and pay for shipping again. In response, they even stingy to offer a minimal discount on the next purchase as an apology. No customer care. It feels like they have found a way to get rid of defective goods - send them abroad, realizing that no one will return them.
The opportunity to snatch some nice pair of shoes with quite an affordable price is something that I like about this online shop. Sometimes there are even luxurious brands with tasty discounts.
But, anyway, the assortment seems to be meager, I don't know why. I don't remember what I was searching for, but I remember that it was very difficult to find my size, even despite the fact, I wear ordinary sizes.
They have a great selection on their site. I alwasy enjoy cruising through and seeing whats' new on there.

Been using 6PM off and on for years with no problems. But the last order I placed, for almost $150, never arrived. Of course I checked with my neighbors, etc. Called Customer Service and told them - that package never arrived, even though the status said Delivered.
They quickly admitted that they have a new delivery service and have had problems. They refunded me immediately.
I am rating them 3 stars because I am concerned about this happening again. But the discounts are worth another try!

I've been a customer since 2012 and all of my experiences have been great. Although once several years ago I received a pair of running shoes that looked like someone with dirty feet tried them on, but they quickly sent me another pair within a few days free of charge. The only downside is you have to pay for return shipping, but I've been happy with my all of my purchases. I would totally recommend 6pm.
Yeah, their customer service is not the best, but their prices are almost the best. Also a huge selection and free shipping. I recommend to anyone.

Good prices, great choice of different brands and models. I like user friendly interface and easy going ordering process. Till now there were no delays with delivery.
My fellow size 11 girls know that it can be difficult to find our size in stores. I live in a town with a variety of options but most of those places admit they only get a few size 11's and often, those shoes are out the door quickly.
6pm has given me another option to find what I want at a reasonable price. Most recently, I purchased a pair of UGG boots and Nike walking shoes on clearance. And a real plus was that neither pair was made in some wonky colors that no one would ever purchase.
I've always had good luck - shipping has been fast, and when I had to make a return, it was credited promptly.

I ordered a pair of Navy sandles late Sunday evening. They arrive Tuesday afternoon, the box was neatly packaged. So pleased with the shoes, fit great, really like how they look on my feet. The best things love the price, no shipping and handling charges. Only had to pay the taxes of course. Have ordered from 6pm several years ago. Had a good experience those times also. Will be ordering more in the future. Can't say nothing bad about this company!

If you hate offline shopping as much as I do, there is no better place than this 6pm online shop. It's cheap, fast and huge choices of items. I can recommend it to everyone who evaluates time more than anything else.
I made my first purchase from this website just a couple days ago. I ordered Osiris shoes from the site immediately after the shoes that I wanted disappeared from the brand's main website (I'm assuming they sold out) and paid extra for one-day shipping. The only negative thing about the transaction was that my order did spend two whole days listed under "Processing" before they actually shipped out. As soon as they were marked "Shipped" though, they arrived exactly a day later, just as I ordered.
I originally ordered from the site on a whim, I'm inexperienced with buying shoes and clothing online so I just kind of bought them on the first site I found them on. They were $10 less on 6pm than they were selling for on the regular website, too. After purchasing them, I realized that "Oh, some websites are scams" and went looking for reviews, just to find that the site has EXTREMELY mixed reviews and I was scared. They arrived today and I will admit that I was fearful as I was opening the box but was pleasantly greeted with the same colour, size and brand of shoes that I had ordered, brand new, just as described.
Since the site has such negative feedback, I'm unsure if I'd give someone a 100% recommendation to use the site without warning them of the negative reviews and the possibility that something may go wrong. I'm not sure why people may not be getting what they originally ordered but it's a company run by human beings (just like everything else) and well. Humans make mistakes. They even allow you to return any shoes you order as long as it's within 30 days of receiving them. I got what I ordered and I'm very pleased.
I'd personally say, don't be AFRAID to order from this website because there's actually a chance that you'll get exactly what you ordered and be pleased with it. If you don't get what you ordered, well, you can return the shoes and get your money back. There isn't much to lose, right?
