I've made many purchase from 6elec.com and all i can say about this site is that the service is very cool, the products come just like how it is described, for the time delivery it's respectfull, sometimes i got my orders in an unexpected time and that surprise me. And for the guarantee i just wannamake sure that they'll refund if something wrong happend. Cheers 6elec
I ordered an engraver on Nov. 27/18. Got order confirmation and a fake tracking number. I tried to track the order but it kept coming back as non existent. Tried contacting 6elec at least 4 times with zero response. It has now been over two months. This is the type of company you hear horror stories about regarding shopping on line. Don't say you weren't warned. I'm not the only reviewer on here with a similar experience

The Site is a complete scam, they send fake tracking numbers, no phone, no chat, they never respond emails, not even the paypal dispute.
Stay away!, if you are looking for something legit go Aliexpress or Gearbest and dont waste your time with this site.

Purchased over 200$ from 6elec, Provided with fake tracking numbers, Waited for tracking number to update but week passed and no tracking available, I contact the support by all the ways available over the weeks, Every time I tried a different way to reach them but the weeks keep passing and no products, No reply, no money, lucky for me I paid with paypal and open a dispute, for now waiting for answers from Paypal but 2 weeks already passed since the first time I contacted 6elec and yet, not even one reply back (Checked every where, even my junk box).
Complained that i did not receive some items i ordered and the customer service named Vasco gladly offered a refund. I would love to purchase again the items i did not receive, however they are currently out of stock.
I'm very pleased with the fast communication and the perfect resolving of everything I needed to deal with.
