I ordered the ten for five dollar shirt deal. I love each shirt! One shirt had a small spot on it so I sent an email about how to replace my shirt. They were quick to reply and all I had to do was send some pics. They sent me another shirt and apologized for the other shirt. Will be shopping with them again!
Having never ordered from this company before I was a little reluctant. I was however very pleasantly surprised to receive the product in a very timely manner and I was also happy about the quality of the tshirts as well. I had also had the best, prompt and professional customer service experience when I had a concern my order. Will order again!
I was so stoked on all of their designs when I first discovered the website. It was hard to choose! I ended up getting 15 shirts altogether and they were shipped in a timely manner. They are nice quality shirts and quality screen prints. A couple of the designs on the shirts I got were screen printed on a bit crooked. Not a huge deal since the shirts are inexpensive to begin with, but I decided to write them about anyway. A customer service rep replied within 24 hours, at which point I sent them pictures of the flawed T-shirts. They told us to keep the shirts and that they would ship us new ones as soon as possible. Super great customer service and they definitely take pride in their company. I plan on buying more shirts and most certainly would recommend!

I ordered ten shirts for $50, two of ten were off centre. And three I needed to return due to sizing. After speaking to someone through email, I was told I would be given "store" credit and Was provided with a discount code. The code didn't work. Contacted them was given two more codes neither worked. The customer service was not interested in solving the problem. And offered little help. They stopped returning email messages.
It says "ships in two days". It took five days to ship and will take ten days to get here. Waiting over two weeks now...
After a lost package through the shipping vendor, 6DollarShirts promptly sent me another one. When the original package was eventually delivered, 6DollarShirts said I could keep it free of charge, despite my offer to pay for it.
Throughout the entire process, their customer service team was responsive and effective in ensuring a positive customer experience. It was simply impeccable service.
I was sent a wrong shirt in error and Laci had the correct one sent out to me next day! What a gal! Give that person a raise. Laci apologized and did everything she could to make it right. This was to be a birthday present for that weekend and i was in a hole but they pulled me through. The customer service people are the face of any company and i will be happy to do business again with anyone who provides this level of service. Cheers guys!
I got a cool Doctor Who shirt from here for my best friend. Shipping was expensive (but it is everywhere), but for a $6 shirt, it's still a good deal. The shirt was not made super-cheaply, which impressed me. My friend has worn the shirt many times and it's still in good condition. They have a large selection of shirts, too, so that was cool. Shipping didn't take too long, although I wouldn't say it was fast. I'll probably buy from them again.
I bought three shirts, a little warily. The price of the shirts seemed too good to be true. In about a week they arrived at my doorstep. The sizes and quality of the shirts were amazing! They fit perfectly and are very soft. The screen printing is also very high quality, and I expect for them to do very well in the wash. Great company to deal with, I missed the email with my tracking information and I contacted their customer service. They were very kind and responded very quickly with the correct information. All around a great company with an fantastic product! Will buy again soon!
I ordered my shirts on Feb 10th. I sent them an e-mail on the 12th because my order still said "Processed" and I just wanted to know how long that takes because they had never given me an estimated time frame. They answered me on the 15th that it would be shipped out the next day. Today is the 17th and I got an e-mail stating that the shipping label has been PRINTED, but still has not shipped. I live in TN very close to the AL state line, they should have already had my order shipped and at my house by now! Especially since I order pants on the 15th from another site based in FL and got them today! C'mon guys! Get your stuff together!

They responded to my email request promptly and when they weren't able to get me quite what I wanted they did everything they could to make it up to me. I have been ordering from them for a couple years now and love the shirts, love the price and love their customer service!
When my order arrived, there was a mix up with one of the shirts. The wrong design was sent with the rest of the correct items. I contacted customer service to start the return process. Since the mix up was on their end, they said I could keep the wrong shirt and not have to worry about sending it back. The correct item was sent out the same day and I received it in less than 5 business days.
I was very pleased with how easy it was get the issue resolved! The shirts and designs are awesome and I will definitely order again in the future!
I ordered a Christmas present for someone off of this website, and they said it would ship in 2 days. Well here I am a week later and it is still in the same "processing" state it has been at. I understand that they were out for the holidays, but packages I ordered after this shirt has already been shipped, and will be here before it will. This website is crap at shipping, and I will never be ordering from here again.
When I completed my order, the system told me that my order would be processed in two business day. Once processed, I would receive an email with the tracing number. I don't see myself as an harassing customer. I let the days go bye then, a week later I call them. They say that my order was processed earlier that same day. So I won't get my order in time for christmas (as originally promised) and since that order was processed, they weren't able to change the delivery address for the one where I'll be when the delivery will finally happen. So I won't get to give the gifts for X-Mas + I might not even get the order at all since I won't be there to receive it.
Here is a business tip: spend less money on retargeting customer with aggressive Ad campaign and more on staff to fulfill your promises.

The price advertised (10 tshirts for $50.) is not the final price. Some shirts are not included and prices change with size. The sizes are strange: guys s m l xl are regular tshirts sizes, girls have cap sleeves BUT ARE CHILDREN SIZES. There is supposed to be an additional costs link but I couldn't find it. I ordered from a Canadian site to avoid customs charges but was charged $40. BUT IF YOU ARE VERY CAREFUL... the t-shirts are awesome and fun. Just be aware of the cost. Before you confirm your order, ask them to provide an invoice of your order with individual and goal costs. It should be done anyway. I paid $200+ for 14 t-shirts, 4 that were children sizes.
Took them 2 weeks to not ship my item. Contacted them, they said they'd start a probe to locate and get back in 3-4 business days. Never heard from them; contacted them and told them I wanted a refund or I'd report the transaction as fraudulent. Still waiting for the refund.

Answer: Yes, they run about true to size. I got my girlfriend (who's 5'2" and slim) a women's small and it was way too small. I got her a men's small and it fits her great. The quality of the shirts are fantastic, and I am a frequent customer, if you have any other questions, just ask!

While we do everything we can to ensure orders are delivered without issue its an unavoidable fact that packages do occasionally not make it to their destination. This order was refunded as soon as requested though refunds can take 2-3 business days depending on your bank or credit union.
