I ordered 3 products. I sent an email 2 weeks later to ask for tracking numbers and learned that 2 of my items had NOT EVEN SHIPPED YET! It took 50 days for me to receive my complete order. All items shipped from China. Yes, this may have something to do with COVID, but there was no warning on the website for extended wait times.

Don't use this site. They are a pain in the backside.
Products used:
Eyebrow pencil, magnetic eyelashes and accu-pressure back pad.
They didn't send at all, what I ordered. Half of the Mail dosn't work. Be aware of this company! I tried to resolve the problem, but the guy (Alex) dosn't want to send the money back, even it's absolut clear, that the product wasn't send!
