I purchased my wedding dress, plus it was custom made. I paid £100 GBP and best dress ever. Completely made. Took them per week/10 days making but I got the dress and veil vacuum loaded within 2 days of the email to inform me it had actually been despatched. Id state many people have actually had a good experience although I didnt have a problem but frequently, people fast to discuss bad experiences.
I had such a bad experience with this company. I ordered two dresses from 58eveningdresses. I wrote an email asking if they could change the material of the dress, they said they could so I ordered two of them. I got the dress in the wrong material and the dress does not look like the picture. Then I got the second dress and it was the exact same dress as the first. They totally screwed up. I had to communicate back and forth via email and she told me to send it back for a refund. I had to pay another $80 to send them back promising me a refund. They lied. They didn't send back no refund. Also I had to pay for delivery charges twice on top of that. CONSUMER BEWARE. Do not order from this site.

The dress I ordered is nowhere near the dress I received. Fringe was used instead of lace. The dress weighed a ton with all the fabric. I would not recommend this site to anyone... DO NOT use this site.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a dress 3 weeks prior to attending a formal event. When I opened the package the dress was not as described. I tried it on and the bottom liner was so short that it was unwearable and there was a big lump of fabric on the back top. I sent out an email immediately to the email provided stating that I needed to return the dress. I have never dealt with a company that has NO contact number to talk directly. It all has to be done by email. I sent several emails and it takes 3 days to get a response to each one. Now 3 weeks later, I'm being told that I wore the dress! If I would of have been provided a return form ASAP I could've mailed it back that same day or maybe the following day. They brag about their customer service, when in reality they do not care about customers. On their emails they do not even spell correctly nor have correct punctuation. THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING. I AM NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!
I were a member of the company 1 year ago, so I am not familiar to your situation. The before customer service representative has been fired by the management team. We are very sorry for the inconvenience to you, I on behalf of my company apologize for that. I have rich experience on customer service, I understand how you are feeling. According to our policy, we don't accept return of used dresses, But I believe you didn't wear it to your event. I promise you will enjoy best customer service and good quality if ordering again.

First we apologize for our error, Now we only employ the workers having at least 5 years experiences of tailoring. High Quality standard also has been set by our team. The quality of our finished dresses must be up to the standard or they will return to the workshop to fix. We understand how you are feeling. But I just contacted the financial department, they told me they did send money to you within western union. I am very sorry.
