After a friend sent me a gift from 5280 Flowers I decided to check out their website and see what all they had to offer. I saw they offered subscriptions, so I decided to try out their monthly flower subscription. They offer weekly and bi-weekly as well. During the holidays I might switch to weekly, so I can have a huge festive variety. My first delivery has arrived and the arrangement is Gorgeous Gorgeous Gorgeous! My delivery arrived the day I expected. Quick notification of completed delivery. I actually received notification of my delivery before the delivery driver had made it back to their vehicle. The quality is exceptional. I will continue to support local small businesses, especially 5280Flowers and 5280Gourmet!
This is my second time ordering. This order was very difficult as the page kept jumping up and down. It was very difficult to complete it. Yes yes I will order again but let's hope with no frustration. I had just placed another order before this one and had no problem

Website is clunky when going from one section to the next. I do like being able to checkout as a guest. Surprised can't do next day delivery (but, may be COVID-19 related why Sunday order won't deliver on Monday).
Wish I could have had the option of adding champagne. My friend who was the recipient sent me a photo. They weren't the colour I'd requested (which I know you can't guarantee) but they weren't presented anything like your website photo and the flowers were barely open and drowning in too much greenery which overshadowed them. I have always been happy with your products before but was very disappointed this time, particularly since it was my friend's 50th birthday.
It would have been 5 stars if your site were easier to use; maybe when I hear about the finished bouquet I will upgrade. Like that you use local flowers when possible.
Ordered made through my phone, but it did not give me another form of option for payment other than credit card yet the site gives other options.

For an exclusively online company, the website sure was glitchy! Scrolling was not smooth at all, each page load took around 3-4 seconds to allow scrolling down. Very disappointed in the quality.

I did an online search for reasonable pricing and quality and didn't really know what I was paying for until I got a call from my aunt saying how beautiful the flowers were. She sent a picture and I have to say that I'm so impressed at how much care was put into it. First of all the note looked like it was handwritten, or at least in a beautiful font. Also, the tulips were accompanied with greens and other flowers that made it pretty perfect. Totally went beyond my expectations and I wanted to applaud you for your quality of business. I know they're only flowers but I truly appreciate a tastefully put together bouquet and I've had people send me flowers that were just colored flowers on green stems. It was also very easy for me to make the order online from Canada and have it delivered the next day from your location in Denver. Make sure you read the somewhat hard to find out of area information since that will not be shown to you at checkout and might be a bit confusing.
I like to give credit where credit is due, overall I'm very happy with how the flowers turned out!
The arrangement appeared to be hastily thrown together by an amateur. There were gaps and holes in the arrangement and things sticking out unharmoniously. Sorry.

I think there should be time windows for all day delivery - not just morning. Maybe in 2 hour time increments? Otherwise, the website is very user-friendly.
Pricing for shipping at times seems a bit steep.
Also the fudges which came with my order looked different than what I saw on the website.
