I was SCAMMED
September 16, 2020

I WAS SCAMMED

Joined this company, not knowing that I was going to lose ALL my money. They get you to sign them on with Anydesk, then say go into your bank account, and they then obviously see what you have available (including overdrafts etc). Then onto the trading platform, and then they say you have not given them access yet, go to anydesk and click on the red logo, then they take over... funny that this only happens the first time, and in future when they log on via anydesk, you don't need to click on the red logo... very very clever...

Anyway, then we start trading, and they are very nice, and then convince you to put more money in, so that you have a buffer, which I get, and saw how it worked a couple of times. All happy days, and you see you are making money. I even maxed out my overdraft to fund this account……

Try to get your money back... different story all together! I requested the first payment on 29 May 2020. Was paid to me on 25 June 2020. I immediately requested the full balance, and then on the 29th of June was called by Raphel, who then told me long stories, and then proceeded to open 5 trades on my profile, which were all suicide trades (he opened the trades with no buffers, and also opened 4 sell trades out of the 5). If you look at my trade history, I open buy trades, and I keep them really small... Anyway, obviously everything crashed and my entire fund was depleted. I have documents showing exactly what I had requested, when I had requested, when last I had traded. I have copies of all my accounts with them, and my trading history (thank goodness I made screenshots, as my profile was obviously blocked). So I have all the evidence.

On 06/07/2020 some oke, I did not get his name, called and subtilty informed me to be careful what I say about them, as they would take steps... Here I am, please take steps, I am totally willing and able, with all the evidence to go into a fight, and anyway, have nothing to lose, as they took everything I had, and now I have to pay back my overdraft too.

I am more than willing to send all the information, as I have put it in a document with dates, screenshots etc, with all details to you to see for yourself what the facts are, and then you can see if you think it is worth investing with this company. As well as all the original documents where I pulled this information from, so it is really all there to see for yourself.

The people I dealt with was Shaun Wallace, Daniel Goldberg, Raphel, Kim (who is actually quite helpful, but obviously cannot do much to assist), and this other oke, who I did not even get his name.

If you would like evidence as to why not to do business with 500Investments, please contact me, and I will send it to you with pleasure. Wish I could post it here, but I can send it to you if you request.
10/09/2020 – and the saga continues…… After Adam Luka was supposed to assist me, guess what… (dot dot dot)…… nothing happened.

I was then assigned to a gentleman by the name of Jason. Jason did call me on 3 August 2020, and assured me he would look into the matter…. He then also sent me a message on 5 August 2020 to say he is waiting for the recordings as I asked them to listen to them. On 12 August 2020, I followed up on whatsup…. On 13 August 2020 I received a whatsup from Jason to say he would call me that day……. On 2 September 2020, I followed up again on whatsup…. And again on 7 September 2020……. And then 13 times via e-mail, and guess what happened…… (dot dot dot)……. NOTHING…….

Don't, please don't trust these people.

DO NOT INVEST WITH 500 INVESTMENTS,
September 11, 2020

"DO NOT INVEST WITH 500 INVESTMENTS, THEY ARE A SCAM"
Where to begin….
I started looking for an investment company to put some of my hard earned money into with the goal of paying off some larger bills that I had massed over time. I am by no means a wealthy man and the golden rule (which I didn't abide by is) "don't invest more than you are prepared to lose." I wasn't trying to become a millionaire overnight nor expected great things to happen with the deposit I put in with 500 Investments; however the early results from them were quite impressive.
I put down the initial $250.00US amount in late April (24th) and rather quickly my investment more than doubled. With the confidence of this investment result I was advised by my appointed account manager Sean Wallace (the first handler, LOL) of a great opportunity that required further funds to be deposited into 500 investments and that he really needed me to be in on it so I placed another deposit of $1,000.00US into my account on May 11th.
I was at this point handed over to my new account manager at 500 investments; Raphael Davis (my second handler LOL) By May the 14th my equity had achieved $2,850.00US so you can imagine that I was very happy and confident that this company had my best interests at heart (?) On the May 15th I was again told that more funds were required for an even better opportunity so another $1,000.00US was deposited. By May 18th my equity had reached $4,508.00US
This is worth mentioning…. I have been in sales for over 15 years and have had great success in convincing people that they will be better off with whatever I am selling…. But these guys… they wrote the book on how to convince you to do something you may or may not want to do. They are very knowledgeable in their field and have a variety of clever techniques they use to keep you on the hook. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
May 21st saw another massive push for more funds to be deposited by me to 500 investments; this one was for an opportunity for Bit Coin so another $2,000.00US was deposited. What is alarming is how they will intrude into your personal home space with tools like "Any desk" allowing access to your personal computer at home. They record everything during these sessions so when you deposit money into your account (they will want to show you how to do it properly…apparently) they can see all credit card information including card number, expiry date and the CVN. DO NOT AGREE TO DO THIS EVER.
Every phone conversation by 500 investments is (recorded) and reviewed till they get to know you better than you know yourself and every conversation you have with them centers around what you have told them previously. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Another oddity is the account password. I set the password to my account on startup and when I tried to access it I was locked out. They had reset it to a new password and told me what the password was (*******…can you believe that?) and that I should just keep using the one they assigned and not to change it again…. Really? Alarm bells anyone?

Chapter2
By May 22nd my equity had risen to $9,292.00US (I had deposited at this stage $4,250.00US) so my investment had more than doubled the money I had put in. How could you not be happy with this …right? By June 3rd my equity had risen to $10,254.00US.
The next few weeks Raphael Davis put enormous pressure on me to acquire more funds to deposit. I was informed by Raphael Davis that there were much bigger accounts he had to deal with (maybe true, maybe not, my money is still good …right) I had explained to him that I had no equity in my home and no ability to borrow money to further my investment and I was happy to allow it to grow at the rates I have been watching since the start.
This was the turning point for me.
From June 11th to June 25th Raphael Davis engaged my account in aggressive trades designed to fail. (I was told that not more than 10% of the investment would ever be committed – turns out that that isn't true) I would lose up to $4,000.00US in a single trade. On June 11th my equity was $9,235.00US; by June 25th it was $897.00US (2 weeks) and that was after I deposited another $750.00US into the account to prevent it from crashing completely. At this stage my total deposits to 500 Investments were $5000. 00US
I complained to Raphael Davis about the enormous loss (to me) and that the trades he was engaging me in were too aggressive and that I needed to recover what had been lost. He somehow in (1) day managed to get my account back to $2881. 00US. (How was this even possible?) From June 27th to July 13th I took a more active role in managing my account. I found out (why this wasn't told to me at the beginning) that I could set upper and lower limits to the active trades and I then gradually started to make small progress in the right direction. Equity stood at $3,044.00US. (As it turns out this was another clever tactic)
On the June 29th my credit card was hacked. (8) X $119.00AUS purchases from apple in Sydney occurred on my credit card with no authorization from me or a code being sent to my phone asking me to approve them. I cancelled my credit card and was issued a new one. I didn't update the new details to my 500 Investments account or any other provider at this point as I wasn't even sure who had obtained my private credentials or who may have exploited them. I did however start to take more notice to what was being asked of me by 500 Investments and other online companies. I chose to start recording my phone conversations and "Any Desk" sessions with anyone I was interacting with online. (The purchases made on my hacked credit card were refunded by my credit institution)
On July 14th another poor trade set by Raphael Davis took place costing me $1,992.00US loss. Equity balance now stood at $1,256.00US. My account after this event stayed almost the same with three active trades in progress, all were showing a loss. July 24th Equity balance $1,129.00US.
July 27th Enter Dan Miller (my third handler LOL) now this guy is a real piece of work. He apparently is the trading floor manager and he could see that my trading account had been poorly handled by the predecessor in charge of my account and I was going to get from him the V. I. P treatment personally in order to recover my funds. Dan Miller adds new meaning to the word "pressure". He is very knowledgeable in his field and says he has been in the industry for 20 years (don't know or care but could be right) and in order to fix my problem…. You guessed it …. I have to deposit more funds to my account. He is a sales man like me and yet he was able to convince me to do things I would never ordinarily do…. Tip my hat to his ability….

Chapter 3
The market at 500 Investments (I question the legitimacy of the trade) and probably the world exchange started to recover on the three active trades I had running and so without any special attention they naturally recovered themselves without any input from Dan Miller. However I was receiving a phone call from Dan Miller every day and messaging as well on another of 500 Investments favorites, the "What's App" for your phone.
August 2nd; Equity balance $3,030.00. After relentless phone calls and personal financial questions prompting wealth and independence, he persuaded me (kill me now) to deposit another $2,500.00US into my 500 Investment account. This is where I had to again reveal my credit card details of my account to my manager at 500 Investments. On August 4th my equity stood at $6,048.00US. At this stage my total deposits to 500 Investments were $7,500.00US
For Dan Miller this was not enough. He once again convinced me (seriously, kill me now) through very clever persuasion to obtain a personal loan or loans from different institutions to the one I currently have. He gave me three options that I could use and insisted that he help me fill out the applications whilst in an "Any Desk" session. DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU EVER.
First Dan Miller wanted me to log into my bank account, which I did, however (I made him stop the "Any Desk" session while I logging in) to see if there was anything he could see within my bank account that we could use for the investment. I knew there wasn't. (Remember that all sessions and calls are recorded with 500 investments) Then Dan Miller went to one of three credit providers and had me fill out the application whilst he watched everything whilst in an "Any Desk" session. I asked for $20,000.00AUS from the credit provider and was notified of the approval of the funds from the credit provider later that night.
August 5th; I notified Dan Miller that I had been successful with the application for the additional funds and he asked about the other two credit institutions he had sent me links to and if I had submitted them as well. The long and short of it is he wanted me to obtain $60,000.00AUS across three platforms to invest at 500 investments. I said to him that I would be unable to make the repayments on that many loans and he informed me that 500 investments would make the repayments for me. He became quite urgent and pushy in that these applications needed to be completed as of now and he wanted to start another "Any Desk" session to complete them with me, I declined his offer.
I left it a day to think it over what he had proposed and decided what the heck (why won't you just kill me already) I may as well try to apply for them and see what happens. As I am filling out the second credit application and am about to click the submit button I get notified by my phone via email that the funds from the first credit institution I applied for had been successful and deposited into my account $20,000.00AUS.
Within minutes of the $20,000AUS from the first credit institution I had submitted to being deposited to my account, well my phone started to buzz. Transactions (debt) were being made all over the Australian continent from various providers in significant sums being debuted to my credit card. Some transactions were too large to go through or exceeded a limit and were declined however my credit card was drained in less than a minute and was now showing a negative value of over $500.00AUS. There were at least another (8+) transactions made. How is this possible?
I now knew which company had a security breach and who within reason was responsible for hacking my credit card the first time round; Raphael Davis from 500 Investments who viewed my credit card details in full and must have known who to pass my personal details and credentials onto. If he was unaware of the credit card breech than someone else within the 500 Investments system must have done it. Regardless it has cost me to lose trust with 500 investments. Now because of the first breach in credit card privacy I now have the proof I needed to prove the second breach which was caused through Dan Miller from 500 investments. You see I had only given my new credit card details to one company and one person, Dan Miller at 500 Investments.
Dan Miller may not have been the one to do the actual fraudulent transfers however someone within the company he works for or a third party is responsible for divulging personal information. What the third party perpetrator didn't know was I had deposited the $20,000AUS funds into a separate account…not my credit card. The suspect perpetrator only made off with $1,700.00AUS from my credit card. Had I deposited the $20,000.00AUS in my credit card account they would have taken the lot.
My credit card is again cancelled and an investigation is now underway.

To be continued...

500investments is definitely scam - stay out!
May 28, 2020

500investements is definitely a scam - if you put money here, it is lost.

As many reviewers already mentioned I also had contact with David Fisher
Acting as broker on my behalf. I invested a total of e1250 and made something
Like e5200 within around 6 weeks, sofar so good.

But then, I also did the acid-test' by doing a withdrawal, from that point on things
Were looking nasty: the last reply I got from David was the following:

"I have inside information that bitcoin will be 12k in 3 weeks.
This is not the time to withdraw, i need to make commissions too."

Huh? Isn't this my account and my decision what I should do with it?

From that point on I tried to be friendly but got no more usefull replies. I saw
Later on in my account that my password was reset, new bitcoin positions were
Taken which cause withdrawals to be cancelled because of low balance. I sold
These again and started a new withdrawal request - send them some mails to
Follow up but got no replies.

It is my understanding that their trading site is fake and is just to keep you
Busy watching how well' your investments' are doing. Fact is, that your money
Is lost the moment you make a deposit.

Actually I should have been aware of the signals - you only can have email
Contact with them, they call from phonenumbers you cannot call back and
Even worse: deposits are done through a bitcoin site and you cannot do this
Directly through a credit card (which means your credit card organisation will
Not pay for the damage)

I also think that this review site should be ashamed to accept positive reviews
Which are obviously fake, but also accepts requests from 500investments to
Blur or undo reviews they don't like.

I hope people read this and don't fall into this trap.
