Edit to add: they have just replied below to say I have never been a customer of theirs- please see screenshots below to show they are liars and scammers. 4x.fm require you to reach a 'threshold amount' before you can withdraw any profits! This is not something they tell you upfront and there is no uniform answer to what the threshold amount is. There is nothing about this threshold amount in the t&cs and even after enquiring about this they could not tell me where to find it as I do not see it anywhere on the site at all. I had drawn some profits about a month ago and there was never any mention of a threshold amount before being able to withdraw profits. I had invested £2250 and my account value is £7000 now and when I asked to withdraw profits they gave a confusing explanation as to why I couldn't draw any money from my account, in fact they said I actually owed them money if I closed the account now. When I asked for clarification the person got angry and kept saying where else would you make so much profit on such a little amount of investment and if I don't understand it, then I'm stupid. I would not invest any money in this company! Hopefully this helps a few people from making the same mistake I did! After still not understanding the calculations they have made up, to close my account, they say I will get about £800 out (I am waiting to see if that even happens) so that means all in all I'm down £1750 by using this company. I never lost money on any trade, I only made profit. I can only assume this is a scam with their inability to give me the money I've made or even the very least the money I initially put into the account which they have refused as well.
