On Tuesday 8/09/2022, I purchased a Canon 90D Camera (body only) as advertised for $1,099.00 along with a $219.99 Total Protection 3 year warranty. Screenshot of listing is attached. The price is only $100 cheaper than a semi-local camera store here in Florida, an hour away from me, but they are out of stock and don't unknown timing on replenishment, so I bought from 42nd Street as $100 difference did not raise any alarms. Upon checkout, I received a pop-up" notification that my warranty had been upgraded to 5 years at no additional cost. I entered my payment information and submitted order. Great! Or so I thought!. Yesterday morning, Wednesday 8/10/2022, I received a phone call from the "shipping" department advising me that the model I ordered was actually a European model and would be programmed in a different language but if I wanted the US model was $300 more. Of course I wanted a US model. I was busy with someone in my office at the time of the call. After I took care of them, something just did not feel right about that call and being told I had ordered a different model, especially when there was no indication of such on the website listing on their online store. I went on line to discover I had fallen victim to their bait & switch SCAM like so many others. I reached out via phone call multiple times (no answer) as well as messaging through their "Contact Us" on their website explaining my dissatisfaction at their bait & switch tactics and requested a refund of at least 1/2 the $300 upcharge or because the same camera with an 18-135mm lens was only $80 more -send me the lens. They are FALSELY advertising their products AND taking advantage of people with the bait & switch SCAM tactic which if not illegal is highly UNETHICAL & DECEPTIVE! How do people sleep at night knowing they are LYING, SCAMMING, and RIPPING people off?! Realizing just how many others have been scammed in this manner, I want the FULL $300 REFUND IMMEDIATELY!

DefinitelypurchasingI searched for several months for a camera that had a telescopic lens that would be easy to use and have as much clarity to the photographs as possible-The Nikon P900 is awesome. I could get pictures of birds that I definitely could not have gotten with another camera. I have also shared my experience with my friends. It truly is an awesome camera and I definitely choose it over my other cameras "most" of the time.
My experience in purchasing this camera was awesome. Everything was a stated on the website. I received the camera in great condition and purchased an SD card to go with it. I have not had any issues with my camera-If I need another camera I will definitely be doing some purchasing from 42nd Street Photo. Thank you for a great product and awesome service.
