Deceit is the norm! When a CEO would rather pad Glassdoor reviews so that their 2 stars reflect 4 stars than to fix their NUMEROUS mismanagement issues, that should tell you right there what you can expect. I wouldn't have them transcribe my grocery list, let alone an IME! They overstaff their accounts worse than anyone in the industry. They're sneaky and deceitful, and the worst part is that the owner, Kris Girardi, is absolutely clueless about what it takes to be a GOOD boss. She actually thinks the way to fix the appropriately sorry rating of 2 stars is to write erroneous reviews and really does not seem to understand what an incredibly out of touch person she is. She doesn't even get that it would have been MUCH better on her part to give everyone advanced warning that the pay protocol was going to change from every other Friday to invoicing her on the 1st and 15th and waiting 7 to 10 days for pay and that it would make our pay a week later than it had been than to let us figure all that out for ourselves just two weeks before Thanksgiving because "it's none of your business how we do things." Really? This isn't a damn hobby, you moron.
