The ordering and delivery was fine but when I open the package the bag had a leak and the some of the protein powder leak out.It was a mess.The was no damage to the box and it was never pre open. Please could I have it replaced, we will not take the chance and use it.Its killing me because I am so excited to try it and start my weight loss. Thank you so much

I have ordered before on subscription with no issue, but fell off the bandwagon. I decided to start back up. This time around I still haven't been sticking with it and had slowed the amount of product I needed. 310 does not send any reminders that your auto ship is coming up, they just send you an email saying you have been billed for it. I literally attempted to cancel it within an hour of receiving this email only to be told I couldn't. I was told they pride themselves on fast shipping and as such the order was already being processed… still didn't get it for 4 days but whatever. When I went to open the package there is no return slip. I had to jump through a million hoops to get a return initiated, in which the rep offered to refund me a partial credit of 30% to keep the items. I told her no, I wanted a return and refund - I already have more here than I need. They inform you that you also have to pay for shipping which is a joke, considering I tried to cancel the items before they were even picked for shipping. Additionally, there is no place online to cancel your subscription. The website says you can cancel by calling or emailing. When you call it tells you to email and when you email it tells you to call. It's very frustrating. They expect you to just give up so they can have your money and not worry about refunding you. Also, they have had my return for over 2 weeks and I have not received a refund, and cannot get a hold of a customer service representative. Sounds like it's time to discuss misuse of my card to the bank.

As an international buyer, I would have been much happier given the option to sample shake flavors at a more descent price before paying for the starter kit to discover I have wasted my money on a flavour I can't stand. Tried adding other ingredients to the choc shake and it's horrible.

Shipping was very slow and took multiple days from time I placed the order until they actually shipped it out. I'm also not a fan of surepost where ups hands off to the post office. They also didn't have an expedited shipping option. You can order in seconds, but don't expect anything miracles or two day shipping like you would from Amazon or other similar nutrition shake companies.

It took almost 2 weeks for my order to come in the mail I was pretty disappointed. I had to go if you days with no 310 products because of this

I tried the Salted Caramel and the Chocolate plant based meal replacement shakes and they both tasted absolutely terrible. I couldnt even stomach it enough to get it down. I feel like I wasted 40 bucks for a lemonade sample and tea. The tea is actually good but the shakes were terrible. I even tried to mix it with the vanilla almond milk but it was gritty and once it finally dissolved it was a foamy texture and seemed curdled.

I have heard so much about this product and when I ordered to starter kit I was shocked. 3 little packs to see if I like it! Disappointed!

I tried the starter with 3 flavors. The only one that was decent was Salted caramel, but definitely not worth the price. I would say it's no better or worse than the shakes I can get at the local WalMart :( Not a fan of autoship, so it needed to be REALLY GOOD.

I ordered the salted caramel flavored meal replacement shake. The ingredients are quality, and has a good amount of protein, but when you mix it with water as instructed it does not taste good at all. I even let it sit in the fridge overnight, and the powder doesn't dissolve. It's gritty with poor flavor. I used it in a healthy brownie recipe, and it turned out pretty good though. I'll have to try other recipes with it, but the whole reason I ordered it was to have a quick and easy meal replacement. Now I'm having to actually bake and mix it with other things to mask the taste.

I was unpleasantly informed I would not receive a turquoise shaker I used points I would not have used and ordered when not necessary to receive this shaker. Not pleased regarding this. Not sure of purchasing more

The shakes are gritty and they do not mix AT ALL. The strawberry flavor is gross. Chocolate is okay. The blender bottle sucks as well. There's a reason most come with the metal wisk. The low calories and high protein are great but I will probably not buy.

Bought this because it was suppose to taste GREAT. Still VERY chalky tasting and texture. Texture is almost gritty like. Shaker cup leaks. Was expecting MORE chocolate taste from thw whey chocolate flavor. I don't know maybe vanilla would have been better!?!?

I like the product but if it always takes this long to deliver I probably won't maintain it. In this day and age I should receive items within a few days not weeks.

It isn't awesome... and there are cheaper on the market with same nutritional value. Customer service is also not great. I had two coupons with a million restrictions. I won't purchase from them again.

I didn't like the taste of the shake and it was gritty. Haven't tried other flavors or the tea or lemonade anything else. I like the cup it's sealed tight and no messes. Great for car and on the go, currently using it to drink more water.

I'm sorry but I am not a fan of your products for one they taste awful! I made the strawberry shake by itself with almond milk and it was gross. So I made the caramel shake and added banana and Greek yogurt it was gross. The chocolate one was ok. The lemonade is disgusting I couldn't take more than just a sip it tastes awful like I'm eating medicine and I haven't tried the tea I'm afraid. I don't know if my stomach can handle any more nastiness. Also the shake did not suppress my appetite so I couldn't substitute it for a meal I had the shake along with a healthy snack like pb and carrots or celery. Like I said I'm sorry for the terrible review but I'm just giving my honest opinion about your products I'm not purchasing them in my future!

I like the shaker bottle but the tastes of everything isn't so good. Its an expensive product but for what I paid for I don't think I received the quality I was hoping for. I haven't tried the detox tea or the fruit and vegetable supplement (not sure how to even use this or what it is for, there really isn't any instruction or description on the packet).

Emailed customer service due to not having order, or any information on the order, to be delivered. Customer service did reply and stated that it had been delivered that day. Two days later, I received my order.

Didn't like the taste of the shakes so far they had a chalky and strange after taste to them. I have not tried the tea yet. Didn't like the lemonade mix either.

It's just not for me. I felt it had an aftertaste that didn't quite agree with me. I had high hopes.

The flavor is not quite right. Too sweet, but chalky... may consider another flavor to see if it is the same issue or not.

I was not a fan of the shakes because of the gritty texture. Enjoyed the lemonade. I love the shaker bottle. Great for keeping hydrated.

Not too thrilled with the taste of the shake I ordered. Will not order it again would have preferred the salted Carmel.
