No need to sacrifice? And you have read the book? The book talks about starvation! 2 days only vegetables. Two days 60 gr of protein... at some point 24 h without food at all... And the most important. They claim guarantee for 100% refund. For a month I've been sending emails and no one responds!

I bought this program a few years ago. If followed strictly, it is probably the most effective diet you will ever encounter. I am currently using it to get rid of my menopause belly and it is the only thing that works. Thank you Brian!
My only complaint is that I cannot order the supplements in South Africa.

Ho iniziato la dieta il 1 settembre e dopo solo 7 giorni ho perso 4 kg, esattamente quelli in eccesso rispetto al mio peso forma, ho seguito attentamente le indicazioni e mai saltato la camminata. Mi sento meglio e più energica, non ho mai sofferto la fame, perché comunque mangiavo verdure e carne e i miei pasti erano sazianti. Ora continuo ad attenermi al programma, concedendomi ogni tanto una piccola eccezione... i kili non sono più tornati e mi sento benissimo. Grazie!

I purchased 2 week diet a few days ago, but finally got to finish reading today. I knew about IF, so this was nice to learn more about it. At first I didn't like the advertising of other products, but then I realized some people would want to know choices out there if they need somewhere to start. Very easy to read and understand the material - and it's doable! Can't wait to start and reach my goal weight! Thanks!

The book is well-structured and easy to follow. It's not the usual boring stuff you get to read which yields little to no result. The shorter time frame makes it more interesting, it makes you want to strive and focus harder to reach that goal in just 2 weeks. The problem with most training programs is that they can hardly motivate you or sustain the little motivation that you have. BUT this book is different. Seeing results in JUST 2 weeks will surely boost your motivation.

This handbook is jam-packed with useful information. Following the tactics and taking the supplements outlined in this ebook has helped me to drop 5lbs in my first week! I love how it explains not only how to lose fat but why we get fat in the first place. Brian's diet is not just fluff or repeated strategies, it's actually science backed knowledge to help people live their best and healthiest lives!

Interesting! This book said it all. I am recommending "The Red Tea Detox" on weight loss, to everyone that want to slim down. The good thing about this short book is that, it's not only for fat people but also for those who want to maintain their stature. It talks about how we get fat, how we can get thin, rapid weight loss and so on. You need to read this before you can understand what I'm talking about.

I honestly didn't expect to get this amazing result. This diet is actually great. It does exactly what is says it does, "Melt away 4 to 8 kg of body fat in just 14 days". After just 2 weeks, I now weight 7.3 kgs less! Of course it wasn't the easiest task in the world, since there's no easy way to lose fat, but this book helped me more than it should have. I would recommend it to all my friends that want to scrap off a few kilograms!

Not only an informative guide to exercise, but also full of information on natural weight loss super foods, such as: cocoa, goji berries, wheat grass and kelp. The 2 Week Diet contains plenty of dietary and health information with detailed explanations on how to start losing that stubborn weight and how it works. Recommended for anyone interested in weight loss or nutrition.

Before I read Brian Flatt' s " The 2 Week Diet", and started implementing his diet plan, I was wary of catchy headlines promising fast weight loss. But this diet plan totally REASSURED me. This is not your typical " wave your magic wand and start shedding kilos" plan, this program is science- based and it works if you FOLLOW it (you feel see the first results in the first couple of days). And the best of all- it will not endanger your health. Implement it and your body will thank you.

The 2 Week Diet is a wonderful book that I really enjoyed reading. Not only does it have scientifically-proven weight loss methods it also motivates you and gives you hope and faith in yourself. Once you start, you feel physically and emotionally lighter and better. Your self-esteem boosts, you accept and believe in yourself, and you are happy with your body. I have been on this diet for a few days now and this is what I feel. Losing weight fast became fun and possible!

I have been exploring a couple options over the internet, and then I stopped by this awesome product. I got rid of my extra pounds within 2 weeks and have started feeling like myself more quickly. Give it a try and I am sure that soon you will also get the body of your dreams! Good luck.

I have tried many different approaches to losing weight. From South Beach to Beachbody plans over the course of 10 years. The 2 week diet along with the plethora of information it details for you has by far delivered the fastest and most rewarding results that I have gotten thus far! I have learned alot over the years but this book has actually put it all into perspective for me so that I WANT to continue implementing it into my everyday life. Thank you so much for your time and effort into bringing this into fruition. 11 lbs in 2 weeks! I feel great and am going to do anither cycle as my goal is to lose 20.

The 2 Week Diet gave me the actionable steps required to get my body where I wanted it to be - and quick. The author included a whole section on willpower, which is often the most overlooked part of improving one's health. I found this book very helpful and will for sure recommend it to friends in need.

Con questa dieta ho perso 15 kg e dopo un periodo di pausa ho deciso di ripetere questa dieta per scendere ulteriormente di peso. Importante trovare il tempo per un minimo di allenamento.

A good, no-nosense read! Very informative. In these 99 pages, Brian highlights to us important and primary essentials to weight loss and maintenance: calorie restriction so you can burn more than you eat, making calories count so you stay healthy, and physical activity so you enhance metabolism or fat burn. He talks simply so everything is easy to understand but he puts in important scientific and medical terms that stimulates the mind and increases ones knowledge. Theres no instant or miraculous weight loss promise being peddled, you are equipped with principles you need to achieve your weight loss goals.

The Two Week Diet is an awesome book that provides simple methods on how to lose weight within fourteen days. Brian Flatt combines diets that will result in a rapid loss of weight and giving a look that you have always dreamt to have. The weight loss diet system is presented in the simplest way possible with each having an impact from day one of the fourteen days diet. This is a pretty book, and for those who have been dreaming of shaking off their fats and letting clothes fit them nicely, this is what to go for.

Weight loss was a dream for me. I know I am overweight, but, still, I dont have an idea of where to start. I tried every supplement, pill, diet, or even vigorous workouts, but didnt help me out. Honestly speaking, I was looking for the shortcut that could shed some pounds and give me the magical results overnight. As a reality, it couldnt be possible. Then, I found this great book and read it thoroughly. On next day, I implemented all the strategies and remain determined with what Im doing. This book has just my perception of losing weight. I lost weight drastically. And as a gift, I got fabulous skin, hair and nails. Thats how this book changes your life.

Having followed this diet I can attest that it does indeed work. At the end of the two weeks I had lost weight and felt fitter and healthier that I have done in a long time. My waist had shrunk by 2 inches and my trousers felt too large for me. I am so happy that I gave this diet a go, I was hesitant about trying yet another diet after having failed at so many others. The two weeks passed very quickly and I sensed from about day 3 that I had lost weight. This spurred me on and gave me the motivation to stick to the diet and also to exercise. Thank you!

My mom and I both did this plan. I was able to lose 7.5 pounds in 12 days and she was able to lose 12 pounds int the 14 days. Just the kick start i needed for my trip to Florida and that she needed to keep motivated with her weight loss!

I tried Whole 30 and didn't lost any weight. I tried this and I lost 20 pounds in 20 days and have kept it off. The exercises are simple, the phases of the diet are clear. The recommended amount of water was key to me; it is the difference of feeling hungry all day or feeling full. It was truly a blessing to find this.
