Received a LIDAR speeding ticket here in central cali and came across this site and moved forward with them and the documentation provided thinking worse case scenario i am refunded $100, turns out it this option really works and i wish i had known about it years ago. Case was dismissed my record is still clean thanks to you guys i truly appreciate your service and would recommend these services to anyone!

This company is horrible. They over charged us and claimed we purchase and upgrade & a rush which we did not. They don't answer the phone and clearly have set up their website to force an upgrade for over $200. I guess I have to give them some credit, they promise a money back guarantee for only $99 which pulls you in... then they screw you. I would not reommend this company at all, no ethics. Flat fee? No, they get you one way or another.

“I had a great experience with this company”

I had a great experience with this company. They got me out of a red light camera ticket without much work on my part. I was extremely happy with their $189 flat fee as I tried contacting a couple other places and could never get a straight answer as to how much it would cost... anyway I had a really good experience with company.

We do not change the order amount. It is all based on customer selection. During the signup process customers have an option to upgrade the service from the basic service fee of $99 for an additional $99. However, this is the customer's choice to select the service level. Therefore, if a customer selects the upgrade II option, the system will add an additional $99. Similarly we offer 24 hour RUSH service for an additional $45 to get the documents to our clients within 24 hours. So if a customer selects the rush service the system will charge an additional $45. We also have a minimal transaction fee which we pay to the bank for card processing. Also, if a customer makes a mistake during the signup and selects a service they did not intend to get and they inform us in a timely manner we immediately make the adjustments and downgrade the service level, issue a refund for the difference and prepare the documents accordingly.
