Received a LIDAR speeding ticket here in central cali and came across this site and moved forward with them and the documentation provided thinking worse case scenario i am refunded $100, turns out it this option really works and i wish i had known about it years ago. Case was dismissed my record is still clean thanks to you guys i truly appreciate your service and would recommend these services to anyone!

They don't answer the phone and clearly have set up their website to force an upgrade for over $200. I guess I have to give them some credit, they promise a money back guarantee for only $99 which pulls you in... then they screw you. I would not reommend this company at all, no ethics. Flat fee? No, they get you one way or another.

They have this set up so it appears like you have a great chance to fight and win at court. When you check out they offer what appears like a more sure fire way to win for $100.00 more so they get $100.00 even after they refund your original guaranteed amount. This is a scam plain and simple. I am talking to a lawyer about filing a class action suit. Hopefully can put this thief out of business.
I signed on with their service in July for a cell phone ticket, gave them all requested docs and received a confirmation email that everything was received. A month later, I received a failure to appear from the court, with additional fees. Tried contacting 2fix, impossible. A voicemail is the best you can get. A week later they replied to my email stating I did not complete the paperwork properly and to take it up with the court myself. No refund, no apology, no nothing. There are other companies that provide the same services, call them instead.

I submitted the paperwork they provided but got assigned a court date, anyway. The court didn't act on their pleading at all. I had to hire an attorney who got the ticket dismissed and their service was a waste of my time and money. They wouldn't refund payment because the ticket was dismissed! Yes, it was dismissed at TRIAL in COURT where I had to hire a real lawyer to appear for me! Worthless. Hire a real lawyer from the beginning instead of paying people who ARE NOT LAWYERS and can't go to court for you in the event the court assigned you a trial date.

I used this site for a red light camera ticket. Their price was $100 but for $200 y ok u get special service. After getting a $500 ticket I paid them the $200. They stated that if I lose I would get $100 back. Guess what? I lost and after repeated emails they never responded. Total rip off.
This has been a pain! I spent the money to get them to handle my ticket and when I got the document back to submit to the court, it wasn't even the correct information for my ticket. I lost the case by written declaration. I wrote them to refund me my money, and they said they would not since 30 days had passed. I told them with Covid happening I had not had the ability to be in contact with the mail and reached out to them as soon as I could. They did not reply.
This company only offers a written letter that anyone can write and send in like the rear of the citation indicates. Complete waste of money

I requested their help. They stated that I needed to send them the decision letter which is not available online or by phone. They have yet to honor their guarantee and issue me a refund. Bait and switch SCAM.

2fixyourticket.com is a total waste of money - do not use their so called service! They charged me $252.72 not the $99 they advertise. The TBD paperwork is just a cut and paste general script that wasn't even relevant to my ticket. I got a running a red light ticket yet their TBD talked about how I stopped before the intersection line. If I send that in I would lose for sure. It even comes with a map of a general nameless intersection to add to its ridiculousness.
They have not responded at all to me. Since they charged my card a 150+ dollars more than they should have I am definitely making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, Dept. of Consumet Affairs and thinking about calling the Los Angeles Shariff's department.

Not only did 2fixyourticket not win my easy case, they have been totally non responsive in refunding my investment with them as advertised if they lose. I have complied with the requirement to provide the ruling by the Traffic court in the prescribed time, but have heard nothing from them, certainly not a refund. I will be contacting the BBB next. I used a different service a few years ago, with much better results.
We are sorry that you did not prevail in your case. For more than ten years we have helped thousands and thousands of people successfully fight their traffic tickets in California. As for the refund, we were first informed of the outcome of the case on 8/15/2018. On the same date we requested verification information. After we received the necessary information, it took a few days to complete the verification process and then we promptly issued the refund back to the credit card. Although it is rare, after we complete the refund process on our end, it may take more than the usual 24 to 48 business hours for the refund to appear on the credit card. Based on our experience, this issue is more common for debit cards as opposed to credit cards. Unless we are contacted by the client, the credit card processing company does not inform us of any delays or bounce backs and there is no way for us to check as to when the refund was posted to the account.
False statement and there is no customer representative when call the number. DO NOT USE THEIR LAME SERVICE. I was found guilty for cellphone user. It was for $49, but I upgraded it to $99 plus the transaction fees $3. Total $102. The reason I upgraded is just want to see how professional they are in writing, but they are not. Beware. This is a nice little racket, at least for those that received a red light ticket in Culver city. They will take your $99, you'll lose your case and you will not get your $99 back from them. Every communication is via email. No one to talk to on the phone (huge red flag). And the 100% money back thing is a lie as your email gets ignored when you mention a refund
We provided the client with the service as clearly described in our user agreement "Explanation of service". (See relevant section below). The service we provide is also clearly described in our "How it Works" page which is accessible from the top navigation bar on all the website pages. We are Legal Document Assistant and the service we provide is consistent with that. We assist people in preparing their legal documents based on information provided to us by the client (see user agreement) since we were not present during the time of the alleged violation and when the citation was issued. Also, the client indicated to us by email that he did not have the funds to post the $500 bail required by the court, therefore he could not use the documents that we had prepared for him. It is important to note that we do not make the court rules such as posting the full bail amount when contesting a ticket with a trial by written declaration. We just follow the court rules.

Worst ever. They use the same excuse that you say to fight your case. When you try to get your money back it's a headache. I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Don't do it it's a scam.
Read this before you use their service. Their service is awful, if you sign up for their service, and then you will be asked to briefly describe what happened on their website. And 7 days later, you will get your TBD form, and what they do is just copy and paste what you write on the their website on that form, and tell the court that you want to dismiss that ticket.
First of all, a 10 years old kid can do that. Second, just a copy and paste work will take them 7 days?
I don't think this kind of paper work will work, so I bought the book "Fight your ticket and win in California" and I decide to write the paper work myself, because you will have to find a "REASON" to fight your ticket, not just tell the judge what happened and ask for a dismissal. That's crazy.

We prepared the documents for the trial by declaration as per our Terms and Conditions (user agreement) that every client must agree to prior to completing our online sign up process. We emailed the final documents for the trial by written declaration to the client. We delivered the service the client signed up for as promised. So calling our service is scam is a far stretch.
We did not hear any complaints or any issues with the documents that we had prepared for the client until we had a chargeback with paypal filed by the client. According to the chargeback statement filed by the client on Paypal, the client indicated that the item was not received. That was an absolutely false statement. We provided paypal with proof of delivery.

This is a situation where a Mom signed up for her son, she placed the order on 1/14/21. When signing up, she selected Upgrade II, Expert Analysis and comprehensive written expert opinion prepared by a Professional Traffic Engineer Licensed in the State of California. There is an additional fee of $99.00 for upgrading the service. She also selected a rush option to receive the document on expedited basis for an additional $25.00. The rush option was appropriate as she placed the order on 1/14/21 and the due date to file the document with the court was 2/1/21. All the fees that the client was charged was based on her own selection of the services.
