“Love this website!”

Love this website! It is simple to navigate and has a lot of cool things to read. I like the company because it helped my boss out. He seems pretty happy and isn't bugging me anymore about helping him with his website. I had to call the company a couple of times to clear some billing issues but it was really easy and the customer service rep who talked to me, Joshua was extremely helpful. Thanks 29 Prime for making my life at work easier.

That's a scam. They told us that the maintenance fee is just $1. But they charged me $190 per month, i am not aware to the original price, they're really a scam. That's too much :'(

I have told them not to call me about ten times over the past two years. They still call me once a week, and sometimes three or four times in one day.

The have "sister" companies that perpetuate the same fraudulent practices as 29prime. In other words, they keep scamming, but under different names.

The only solution is to stay on the phone and waste their time (while you catch up on you web surfing). When they feel comfortable with you, ask them about 29prime.

They did absolutely nothing for me other than take my money. When I called to cancel, they told me they would review my site and call me back. They never called me back. I wrote to them to cancel the service (supposedly can be canceled each month), they failed to cancel and continue to bill me. Avoid this service like the plague!

These guys robocall me every day, not matter how many times you ask them to remove you. If you google them you will see that they are a complete scam and they are using services to post fake reviews on sites like this that won't catch it. Check the yelp reviews! Hard to fake that!

These people, in violatation of the Do Not Call list, repeatedly call me even after being asked to be removed from their list 6 times, telling me they are "Google" and promising number 1 placement. The number that shows in caller ID is *******500, but that number is disconnected (which means they are also spoofing their phone number). After asking to call them back, they gave me the number *******616 and said the name of the company is 29prime. Google says they are not affiliated with them at all. Google 29prime scam and you'll see what I mean.

This was a big lesson in stupidity for me... and I learned my lesson well. They called me on my cell phone, telling me they were calling regarding my "Google Listing" and wanting to verify my information. Huh? I asked if they were Google, and they said they were associated with Google, and could increase my website hits, and have me on the first page of Google in a month, and number 1 in three months. Now, to be honest, I didn't know anything about Search Engine Optimizing, but my brother said I was #16 on Google, and I didn't know that was pretty good. So I did sign up. Wow... what a ripoff! Not only did I not get number 1 like they promised, but my website dropped to the third page after 3 months, and then completely fell off of Google entirely.

Guess what? Google flagged my site for unscrupulous search engine practices. I had to actually get a whole other domain name because of what they did! They refused to refund my money, although they clearly did not achieve the objectives that they promised.

Stupid me for believing telemarketers. And Kathy H, I think you are right. I have noticed that all the people giving this company glowing reviews just have that 1 review. That couldn't possibly be a coincidence.

This is one of THOSE SEO scam companies which loves to annoy business owners with robo-marketing calls promising top Google placement. They even go so far as to imply that they are affiliated with Google. You can try the automated opt-out (it will do no good), you can tell them to stop (it will do no good), you can file a complaint to the FTC through the do not call registry - even if your number is not on the registry (it will probably do no good). What does seem to have some effect is to go after their reputation - they deserve a bad one. They made the mistake of buying into the BBB accreditation program which means that they must respond to complaints. Anyone who receives one of their Robo-calls from the number *******899 should immediately file a complaint to the BBB and reopen the original complaint every time they get another call. Also submit appropriate feedback on any online review sites you can find. Finally submit an FTC complaint via www.donotcall.gov They will only stop this practice if the cost/pain of continuing exceeds the profit of their illegal robo-calling practice.
