Waited over two weeks to be told they had not even began production on order. Rep had told me it would be here in time for event. Then when I called to get an update I was told it could be another week or so. This has happened twice now with this company and they can't give you straight information. Do not risk using this company they will not follow through

I ordered some lanyards on 7/7 and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for them. I have called customer service 3 times. All you get is a call center and they can't really give you any information. I also put in a support center ticket, but it takes them between 24 and 48 hours to get back with you. I was given a tracking number for the shipment on 7/18 with a delivery date of 7/21. It's not 7/27 and they still can't find the order that was never shipped - they just created the label. Very poor and unresponsive customer service. I will not order from this company again.

I purchased this product because the manufacturer offered an option to receive quickly at a much greater price. I paid extra, then did NOT receive quickly, and was still charged full extra price.

Called in . Told wait time would be 23 minutes. My turn came and call was droped. Told it would cost $2.49 if I ordered 25. Then at checkout it was $2.89. Not happy with order service.

The unit price for the masks is indeed $2.49. However, when the shipping cost of +9.95 is added to the order, this addition shows that including the shipping charges, the cost per mask is $2.89. So it can be considered as $2.89/mask for 25 bands, or $2.49/mask for 25 masks plus $9.95 in shipping. The overall order total comes to $72.2 either ways. We hope we were able to clarify.

I contacted these guys on May 19,2023 to order drawstring bags for a family trip. I created a dispute with Amex because their billing comes as a different name that I didn't recognize. They contacted me to cancel the dispute, which I did and sent them confirmation. Since then I have have received multiple emails saying they have opened tickets to find out printing info which was selected at purchase and to say they never received the cancelation. The full payment has been paid to the since late May by AMEX. Still nothing has arrived so I called and again was told they don't have the dispute cancellation which is bull$#*! because they were paid. Now they won't refund my money or cancel the order without more documentation. DON'T order from these guys. They will give you the run around and attempt to keep your money. UPDATE: Filed another dispute with American Express. Why would it take anymore documentation to get your own money back when the order is canceled? Should be easy if they were customer oriented.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site and if you do they will bill you from another site (Stripe) not 24hourwristbands. They say they can't refund your money only STRIPE can even if you cancel the order.

We contacted STRIPE saying that you withdrawn the chargeback & they asked us to provide a letter of withdrawal from the cardholder (that they've received from their bank). We contacted you back for a screenshot or a documents showing the card issuer withdrawn the chargeback. However, we have not heard back from you.
A little hard to figure out and navigate the design functions, but nice that coupon code popped up at checkout. Shipping charges are high. overall a good resource for mass gifts.
DISHONEST! I ordered 50 logo'd masks. We were happy with them so a few weeks later I placed an order for an additional 100 masks. The salesperson sent me a an order form where he correctly indicated that this was an exact re-order. When the masks arrived we saw that the logo was 1/3 smaller than what was on the original order. I immediately reached out to customer service with photos showing them their error. After days of them asking me to provide to them photos in different layouts, they tell me that there is no guarantee that re-ordering something will be the same as the first order. What?! Did they decide this when the multiple of pictures that I sent them showed their mistake? Why do they call it an 'exact re-order' if they will later claim that it is not possible for them to provide a re-order? This company is unethical and dishonest. Take your business elsewhere!
The company's response below is further evidence of their unscrupulous ways. I have no doubt that the small print of their conditions explain their policy of re-ordering. However, why didn't the sales agent mention this when a "re-order" was placed? Instead he sent me confirmation that this would be an "exact reorder." Why confirm "EXACT" if they have small print indicating that they do not do re-orders? Because they're dishonest and know that if a customer is told that they can't do re-orders that customers may take their business elsewhere. This company is either completely deceitful or they are unethical for refusing to take accountability for their deceptive sales tactics. Here's a tip - be honest with your customers so that they can make decisions accordingly. If I had been told when I placed my re-order, that it will not be the same (which is totally incongruent to a reorder) - I would have paid for and ordered a new proof to approve.

The artwork size or the engraved level of a re-order may also not match the artwork size or the engraved level of the original order. This is due to each order having a new mold and screen each time and we do not keep molds or screens on hand. Repeat or re-orders also fall under the Color Matching section of the policy. Prices may change between redo." As much as we try our best to re-create custom products for reorders, as molds are always created separately, some variations may exist which have already been disclosed and agreed upon in our terms. Ordered and paid for rush order and delivery. The item did not arrive as promised and color was wrong. They offered a few pennies back but a full refund or order replacement should have happened. Would not buy from this company
I had approved a design and when I received the order the delivered product did not match the approved design. Customer service has been good so far, but have not received the correted sign so cannot comment on how satisfied I am at this point.

The delivery time from when order was placed, making the product and getting the product, was too long .
I can't even rate them, but I guess I will give it 1 star since it won't let me move forward, if I don't. They're the worst on delivery didn't receive my product on time which I needed for an event. I will receive after the fact. When I called they weren't very helpful regarding remedy it's like they have a robot behind the phone reading from a script. Will never order from this place again.

Please note that for Item #1 you choose the Wraparound style for your wristbands and provided 1 long text for printing. The proof was sent to you as wraparound text visual which you approved. The order was made accordingly. The wraparound style is different from the Front-Back style, for the remaining ones. However, for all these bands, a long text was provided. Note that given the text provided, as it takes up the entirety of the band, only a little space may be allowed to spare. As such, the bands have less space in between. We hope we were able to clarify.
