I had an appointment for them to come look at my vehicle and when no one showed up, I called. I was told that they "forgot to call me to reschedule for next day" Needless to say I was upset after taking off work, then waiting for a no-show. They were supposed to see if someone could get to me and was to call me back. Again, no return contact. I called back again and they were to call me the next morning. Again, I had to reach back out to them. They scheduled me, then when the guy called to confirm the time this time, the price he wanted to charge me to come out was double! Then his tone was like I was inconveniencing them, even though I'm the one that lost time from work, was mislead, and still needed to find someone to come repair my car.

I am apologizing for the rude behavior of a former staff member.
I understand the loss of work time and want to make it up to you as well to inform you the correction was made for this situation to never happen again.
