Purchased a Raglan Tee in size Large. Been buying Large shirts for the last 20 years. Different brands have different sizing but this one fit like an xl-2xl. No exchanges so stuck with this garbage. If this were a true legit company it would stand behind its products and allow returns. Avoid this company at all costs.
I ordered 7 shirts and many other things from them last year and they were great! I placed another order based on my prior experience and that was on Oct. 4th I have heard nothing! The order isn't even fulfilled yet. All thier phone numbers are no longer working. And no one answers emails. I will never order anything from them again.

I placed my order on December 5th, they got a fedex tracking number and said it shipped December 12th. Took a week just to get a tracking number from FedEx. Package was actually never sent, FedEx never received it... tracking status is unknown. No responses to emails, no responses to phone calls, voice mailbox full. This seems like a total scam to me and I will never order again. Going through PayPal for a refund at this time. Garbage company!
I ordered two shirts and spent 50 total. They took the money out of my account on March 30th. Emailed them even though I'm understanding of shipping issues with COVID and never got an email back. Went to their Facebook page to warn customers and was threatened by whomever members their page they would block me and I needed to just email them. When I informed them I have twice, they just never responded. I will never order from this company again. All the negative comments get deleted and you get threatened when you speak out. HORRIBLE COMPANY EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
So i guess if you order a shirt from them and it's the wrong size you're stuck with it- i was told first that all i was eligible for was a 40% off coupon for the right size... after several emails good grief! I wont buy from them again.

I haven't received my tshirts. I ordered them in late March, they showed they were shipped April 2 and when I click on the order update, it spams me and shows me coupons for future orders. When I dig a little deeper, it shows a UPS tracking number but UPS has no updates and it's been weeks. I am wondering at this point if I will even receive my tshirts.
It's been 8 days since my order. I did receive an order confirmation but I have not received any information since that time except an email from sitejabber asking if I have received my order... NO, I have not! I can't get 21 Threads on the phone, there is no way to leave a voicemail and I have sent 2 emails with no response. $119 later and no shirts, I am not happy. I hope to receive the products. If I do, I will rate again.

I placed my order for 4 shirts on December 11th and our family Christmas party is tomorrow... I bought these as gifts they are Christmas shirts and I don't know if you all realize it or not but NOBODY WANTS A CHRISTMAS SHIRT AFTER CHRISTMAS! Terrible customer service won't answer phone the voice mail is full, won't answer emails and the chat system is disabled. I would think you could hire some people in customer service with the money you are stealing from everyone you scam. Totally disappointed
Quality of tee shirts very flimsy. Plus, received a incorrect tee shirt, one I would never wear in public. So not happy.
Have received no reply from customer service. Have attempted twice. Ordered shirt Order #*******. Was to be shipped in 3 to 5 days. Received after 18 days. Too late for 12/01 event. Requested to return unopened for refund. No reply. Twice. I now see fine print on website says refunds only in form of store credit. Would you return - will be out of money and without product. See their BBB rating. Wish I would've reviewed ahead of time.
Multiple emails sent with no response. No email to confirm shipping or tracking. Tried to call 800# - no answer and voicemail is full. Live chat isn't live - no one there! This company has a great product but very $#*!ty customer service.

They sent me a shirt that was 100% polyester, and see-through. They claim that it was the correct shirt, it's not. The papaya shirt they sent me is dark pumpkin orange. I've asked for a refund and have yet to hear anything from them.
Giving 1 star only because shipping time was decent. The shirts are cheap thin poor quality material and I'm afraid if I wash it the lettering will come off.
Shirts shipped April 2nd, per their email and no evidence of actual information. Communication with customer service and nothing has been resolved.

I ordered shirts from this company and they were too large I contacted them to return them and exchange them and was told they were no returns and now I am stuck paying for t-shirts that I cannot wear. I would never order from them again
I waited over a month to receive my 3 shirts and a cup. The shirts were all huge... and I followed the sizing chart and ordered down a size. When looking at the shirts, I noticed one had a hole in the collar area (poor stitching) and the other had a defect in the ink not going all the way thru the print. No response from customer after FOUR emails sent and I also attempted to do the live chat on their website multiple times with no response! Never order from them again... cute prints but ZERO customer service!
The t-shirt shipped to me was not what I ordered. The graphic and its color were incorrect.
Placed an order on the 6th, have not heard anything about shipping my order, called customer service numerous times, and says VM is full. What kind of business doesn't answer their phone and has a full VM? Wait and hope for email response, but after reading reviews, not likely.
This company is a JOKE. ORDERED a few shirts as I placed my order I notice I flipped 2 shirts withing seconds tried contacting via chat/ email and phone. For 3 days several times a day kept getting same automated response. Even though there website states contacts us there is NO US. TODAY, AFTER 8 FAILED ATTEMPTS I GET A MESSAGE MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED. STILL WRONG? NOT 1 BIT OF COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. NO EMAIL EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS WILL REAPOND WITHIN 2 HOURS. NOTHING.

There is no service . I am guessing even though it say Oregon you are ordering from a forgein company. Might be funny sayings but you can create your own for Cheaper. Horrible customer service

I received the wrong shirt. The picture on the website was not the same one I received. Very disappointed! My 12-year old wanted to wear the shirt for Christmas, now he can't. I emailed customer service to resend the correct one and to have it delivered by Christmas (in 3 days) like I wanted, but no response yet. SMH

Shopping experience was fine. Just wish there were colored raglans, other than white, to choose from.
It has been 4 days since I have emailed, called (voice mailbox full), and emailed again. Still no answer about why my kids shirts were missing from my order. There is no way to contact anyone there so you better like what you get!
This company has ZERO customer service. They sent the wrong size and wrong color shirt and then did not respond to multiple calls and emails asking for help in exchanging, credit or refund.
My shirts are stiff even after a couple washes. They are also unattractive. I may wear one of them while camping.
