Misappropriation of funds

I wish to report an abuse that I am currently a victim of, perpetrated by 1xBet Côte d'Ivoire, and to inquire about the procedures I may follow in order to pursue legal action if necessary. I have been registered with 1xBet Côte d'Ivoire since 2023, to the best of my recollection. On January 23,2025, I attempted to make a withdrawal from my account, but it was blocked. I was instructed to contact your security department and submit certain identification documents, which I did immediately. A few hours later, my account was approved by your team with no issues or irregularities reported. I was then able to use my account normally and make successful withdrawals for several months. However, on June 25,2025, during another withdrawal attempt, I was again asked to verify my identity. I do not understand why this process was repeated, especially since my account had already been verified and approved. Still, I reached out to your security team explaining that my documents had already been submitted in January. Unfortunately, my message was ignored, and I received an automated response asking me to submit the same documents once again. Having nothing to hide, I complied once more without resistance. To my shock, I was then informed that 1xBet no longer wished to cooperate with me following an alleged investigation. My account was blocked, and my funds over 174,000 FCFA were confiscated without any clear explanation or justification. When I requested a copy of the investigation report that led to this decision, I was told that any inquiries from me would be ignored. Since then, all of my emails to every department have gone unanswered. I wish to denounce this blatant abuse, as it is both unfair and unacceptable to approve an account after proper verification, only to later repeat the process months later to justify blocking the account especially after a successful bet. I have all the necessary evidence in my possession, including:
Screenshots of my emails sent to 1xBet
Replies received (including the one stating the end of cooperation)
Screenshots or statements showing the blocked balance (174,776.3 XOF)
History of successful past withdrawals and verifications
Exact dates of all communications and events If you wish to permanently ban me from your platform, I have no issue with that. But at least return the funds that are rightfully mine and currently frozen in my account. If necessary, I will initiate legal proceedings against LUDUS SAS, your local operator in Côte d'Ivoire. I will escalate this matter to the ARJH (Gambling Regulatory Authority of Côte d'Ivoire), LONACI, and consumer protection organizations. I will also take the matter public through the media and social networks to raise awareness about the abusive practices and fund seizures happening to your customers. I await your response.

1300 euros scammed and blocked account

Hi everyone to be honest if 1xbet should really be thankfull to a client, it should be me, i ve been using 1xbet since 2017 and i made more like 200 thousands of euros in deposit or even more, i am very loyal client i bet almost everyday because i used to love the website and even post my bets for my 100k instagram page for my followers without even doing a sponsor for 1xbet. The day evrything changed one week ago as i am a fully verified client and i e never had issue with withdrawing as i use crypto which is the best method i d recommend for all bettors.

Very latency on solving withdrawal problem till now can't receive my money

Please I have a big problem I have asked to withdraw 4000 Egyptian pound from the site but my SIM card monthly limit of transfer was exceeded the money hasn't arrived and the process failed your client in Egypt called me and till me he can't transfer the money due to the monthly limit of transfer exceeded on my SIM card I have called the support on caht and on Arabic eMail for 5 days till now and they didn't take any action about this for now I am a big client with you and I do large amont of deposit for playing and I love this site but now I'm very impressed due to this process I need the money back to my account so that I can go on playing and withdraw on another SIM card Which not exceed the limit I can't find any explanation for this latency except that your client in Egypt which responsible for transfer money isn't ahonest man
