Great experience start to finish. I found the exact couch my husband and I had been eyeballing in store at a much more affordable price! It shipped and arrived as expected - although a little difficult to track while in transit if you like to know a day-by-day status. I had to contact support upon delivery and my issue was resolved within the hour. I would 100% recommend and would buy from 1StopBedrooms again.

My purchase was completely online. I read the detailed specifications, options, delivery dates, etc. Many other sites have same brand and style for equal or less than 1Stop Bedrooms. However, customer satisfaction was definitely worth shopping here. Delivery was on time as stated, my bedroom set was set up very quick and with care! I have already recommended my friends and you should too! THANKS! Javier V

Would never purchase or deal with this company again. Their advertised delivery dates are fabrications, taking MANY months beyond. They also charge additional delivery fees to your card without consent. They do not allow for order cancellation and they do not honor price match. I have filed a BBB complaint and it has a warning on their website about purchases from the company.

Do NOT ever buy from these scam artists. We paid $736.62 for an executive office chair that is hot garbage. They won't refund or exchange. Instead, they claim we had 24 hours to report any defect and we cannot have removed the product from its original packaging. The product was delivered 3/16/23, while I was on spring break. When we open the chair and removed it from the box, we noticed that the two screws in the back were both stripped. We immediately reported this and were told tough luck. I'm debating suing them over this. Attached a few pics of my lousy $736 dollar chair.

Steer clear of this company! They stole my money. I cancelled and asked for a refund. They refused. They delivered it anyway and are telling me I have to accept or pay over 1900.00 in fees to return it! Thousands of complaints on the Better Business Bureau!

I bought a nightstand and when I opened the top drawer bearings/bb's fell out and now it won't close. It wouldn't even work 1 time before it broke.

Absolutely horrible company with terrible customer service. Return policy published on their website is not to be trusted. We purchased a sofa and love seat and the love seat arrived damaged. Called within the 24 hours to report damage and the office was closed. Left a message for a call back and spoke to someone who said they couldn't accept the items for a return because we were reporting it after 24 hours! Then they wanted us to send them photos of the damage, the items in their original boxes and then they would contact the manufacturer. Seven days went by, no follow up until a call tonight to say the manufacturer won't take the items back. Unbelievable. Damaged items, one weeks waiting, and now having to escalate. Will never do business with this company again. Very difficult and dishonest return policy. 1 Stop Bedroom -buyer beware

I purchased a sofa set 8 months ago. I received the sofa set 7 months ago. When it came the quality was extremely poor. It also had a major defect which kept us from assembling it. It has been just sitting in our garage. When I first received it I contacted the company to try & return it. I was told it would cost me $100. Per pound, so I would have lost hundreds of dollars. I had purchased their protection plan so I sent pictures etc. However they messed up my contact information for the company that would come out to try & fix my sofa. So unfortunately more time goes by & no one called me to set an appointment. 7 mos. Of having a new sofa that we could not use & no Attempted repair, I decided to call One Stop Bed Room's again. After being on hold for 20+ min. I was finally able to speak with someone. I explained my situation & that at this point I felt the right remedy for the situation was a refund of the purchase price. I asked her if I could please speak with a manager. The lady was very rude, she told me that I couldn't get a refund, there was No Manager that I could speak with & that if there was they would tell me the same thing. She told me to read my contract have a nice day & she hung up on me. I am extremely upset. This is Not right! I would Never recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I'm extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a sectional off of 1StopBedrooms.com on May 1st with the delivery date being May 25-June 01. While patiently waiting for the sofa I payed $2,1400 for I received an email on May 06 asking for verification of my billing/shipping information. When I called and spoke to a Sean I was informed my account had a "balance due" of $471.83. I was shocked to hear my purchase was on hold due to the fact I needed to pay Georgia state taxes and for the pillows that were falsely advertised on the website. I eventually paid the remaining balance and received an email on May 18th stating "Great news! Your order has shipped out and is in transit to your local delivery terminal." On June 2nd, still not having received my order, I called to speak with someone regarding the matter. Sergi T sent me an email stating the following "As per our conversation, your order is estimated to arrive at the local delivery carrier within next week." Sure enough I never got it. I called again on June 14th only to speak with Dawn S who emailed me the following "As per our conversation, your order is estimated to arrive at the local delivery carrier within next week." Today, June 23 I called for the third time asking if I should just cancel my order. Sergi T assured me that my order was on the way and even sent me an email stating the following "As per our conversation, your order is estimated to arrive at the local delivery carrier within next week." It's been almost 2 months since I placed my order and 1 month since it's been "in transit" I would highly suggest thinking about whether or not you want to purchase your furniture off of 1StopBedrooms.com. Though their prices are better than most you will end up paying for it in the long run.

Bedroom set delivered damaged, was told to send back, do not accept. Now 1Stop is having me pay another $199 delivery for a damaged set that I paid$2000 for before they will repair it! Read their policy, very rude customer service! Do not buy from this company, wish someone would have warned me! Delivery service never returns calls.

I'm never ordering from them again! I order a thousand dollars bed set from them and I elected to have to white glove service! Unbeknownst to me it was a bait and switch! After I checked out, it told me to call and have the white glove set up! After I called they told me I had not selected white glove service! When I indeed did! So they got my business under false pretense then fold me I had to pay $200.00 for the white glove service! Their customer service was obnoxious and low class! I received the drawers to my bed damaged as well! They sent out a replacement, and that came damaged as well! I will never refer anyone to and will go elsewhere to furnish the rest of my house! Disgusting!

Do not recommend. They are horrible. You do not speak with anyone in the US and they have no customer service. Do not waste your time or money. These people only want your money and once they get that they do not care or resolve your issue. My couch took almost 5 months to come it finally came I was out of town. Told them something was wrong and they did nothing about it after paying cash in full and waiting all that time.

Stay away from 1Stop Bedrooms. I ordered a piece of furniture on 1/5/2022 and still haven't received it. Today is 3/4/2022. Multiple conversations with their "Customer Support" team has led no where. Can't even cancel the order over the telephone. I'm probably going to chalk this up to a $275.00 learning experience, as I doubt I'll ever see my money back or my furniture. Thank you 1 Stop Bedrooms for probably the worst Customer Support experience of my 53 year lifetime!

I have been trying to send back in order that was accidentally sent to me along with my order. I've been trying for a month now to get these people to pick up everythingWith my willing to pay for my part of the shipping. They are impossible to do business with. Do not buy anything from This company unless you are sure that you will be keeping it otherwise you'll be screwed.

I ordered a dresser from this "company" in March. I called ahead of time to see if it was in stock. At that time, I was told it would be back in stock in April. I was fine with that. However, since then, my order has been pushed back four times with little to zero communication from the company. I sent a message asking to cancel my order. I received a "we are in the throes of a supply chain issue" response back. Nothing is taking 4+ months. I ordered windows two weeks ago and they will be installed in a month. I was also offered a $30 credit off the balance. That was a slap in the face. In my opinion, regardless of these other reviews, this is not a real company and want to make anyone else aware of this potential scam.

I live in Las Vegas, NV and purchases a dining table from 1stopbedrooms. It took 6 months for the table to arrive. The delivery guys left me a mess and didn't assemble the table correct. No worries because I purchased an extended warranty. Not the case, not only is the delivery team incompetent so is the customer service. They won't cover the seems of the table not closing or the paint chips on 2 out of 4 chairs. I don't recommend buying there warranty or spray protectant. Total waist of money.

We ordered a couch that was "in stock" back in early May on their website. After checking our profile with no updates a week after the original expected delivery date we started our long and tiring relationship with their spotty customer service center. We tried to be understanding with the pandemic so we did not say anything for the first 2 MONTHS. After we began calling looking for updates and kept constantly getting vague responses or false promises the couch would be delivered in another 2 weeks. Our customer profile was not updated with new deliver dates unless we called. The couch made it to the final steps of the delivery process before reaching the local warehouse to be delivered to our apartment about 3 times, yet that final step never happened. The customer service took forever to get a hold of anyone, they clearly did not communicate or look at our account history as we had the same conversation multiple times and any specific information about our order had to be cleared through a manager (who was never available to speak to) and took another day or two to call back. We would have much rather payed double the price then deal with this company again. We were finally cancelled our order after 5 months of waiting and was refunded. Do not waste your time and please look elsewhere for furniture.

I ordered a couch from this company back in November, they promised to have it delivered in January. They sent me an email in January telling me that because of the virus the product was not available but that it will be ready in April. April turn into June, we are now in July and no couch. I call them to cancel the order and they threaten me to charged me if I cancel. I this point I'm done dealing with this company and never want to do business with them ever again.

Customer service is awful. Ordered a bedroom set and was told everything was available then got a notification within a few days after that part of the order is out of stock... whatever, stuff happens.

THEN... I finally receive my order to find out I paid an additional $400 for something that no one can prove or explain the difference of. I ask about it and immediately got an attitude from the customer service rep and was given no help. A simple explanation of the difference in the bed frames would have been fine, but if you can't provide proof that there was a change and I paid $400 for it, I feel scammed and want my money back.

Had ordered a full bedroom set from them. After 2 full weeks of no update I get an email saying my transaction (which I've already been charged for) is pending because I need to "update billing information".
After calling it was apparent it had nothing to do with billing information I was told I would need to pay another 200$ for a "stabilization bracket" or I can't use my bed. I informed the guy I wouldn't be paying anything else because of something like that was truly needed it should've been disclosed BEFORE the sale not two weeks after. He "pulled some strings" and got his boss to give it to me for free after he realized I was going to cancel the order but I cancelled it anyway. I will not deal with shady business like this and neither should anyone else.

I ordered a couch through them. Their dates of delivery changed five times, I tried to cancel they said it was Approved to cancel, and then they try to charge me and deliver the couch three weeks later after cancellation. They refuse to give me a refund and try to charge me restock fees after I had already canceled in time. Worst customer service I've ever had in my whole life do not go through this company there a rip off!

Now they won't return any of my emails. They still haven't shipped my chairs although I was told 10 days ago that I would have them in 3-5 business days and it's going on 2+ months since I ordered them. I only email now to save my documentation to give to my attorney if this doesn't get resolved. This business shouldn't be able to operate this way. BTW, the majority of these "good" reviews are fake and put in by the company!

I have ordered quite a bit from this site all at once. Two of my items never arrived but showed "Delivered" on their website. After calling EVERY DAY for 3 weeks, they finally shipped my order to me after two months since the original order date. Thought it was a fluke, however, it happened on the very next item I ordered as well. No one will call you back, you will have to chase your order down each and every time with long wait periods! The furniture is nice when you finally get it, but if there is any problem with your order... you will be chasing them down for your items. I will not order from them again! Meanwhile I am making payments on furniture I haven't even received for two months now! They finally provide you with a FEDEX tracking number for your items and after a week of checking the tracking number on FED EX's website, I see the label has been created but not shipped yet.

They promise white glove delivery during quarantine but once they have your money they will let you know there will be no white glove delivery only curbside drop off. To verify that they are advertising white glove delivery just call them and their recording is currently promising white glove delivery however they will not deliver white glove. BE CAREFUL with this company

Ordered a couch in stock in June 2022. It's been over 7 months now, still no couch. Customer service gives a run around that the order is Acknowledged by Ashley and is getting ready to be shipped. This date changes every time I check, they just push it up the calendar to repeat the story when I call. At this point I don't believe I'm ever going to get it.Their refund policies make it impossible to get your money back. Will work with my credit card company to get full refund.

We ordered our bedroom furniture in the middle of April with the "free shipping" promo. A week later we received an email asking us to call regarding payment issues. When I called the representative then told me that the company was unable to ship free to my area... oddly enough that was the only reason I was going with this company. So after much conversation I agreed to pay for shipping, and per the representative they would "throw in expedited shipping" on them. It is now July 1st and we have yet to receive the furniture. They refuse to give us a refund and when I call the company to ask where our furniture is, they keep giving us a further date. Their reasoning for not refunding us back the money is because they would have to charge us "shipping fees." Which to me is hard to believe when it hasn't been shipped and is still saying another 2 weeks (which they've been saying for months). Now for $1500 furniture, they want to give me $30 compensation! That doesn't even cover a quarter of the shipping. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I would suggest to look at all your options.
