I have been using 1sale for a while. It has changed pretty drastically in the past few years but the items offered still remain consistent. I check it everyday and like that thee is always something new. Don't stress too much if you miss something, be sub chances are it will return. The items are not always the best quality, but normally have a great price. I'd recommend it.

Bought a duffle bag off tiktok... piece of crap, zipper broke after 1 use, refuse to refund and want me to mail back to China!

I have ordered a few items from this site and have had no troubles until now. I ordered a flat Iron a month ago and still have not received it, sent an email asking about it and no response.
I just received my $5.00 mystery box and I got used eye liner and hot pink lip liner that had seen better days. Threw them away not worth my time to even send back.

I used to love this site but then it was bought out a while ago - I had a problem with my last order but FINALLY got it resolved (after many email exchanges) - I now ordered a tablet because it was such a great price and I'm concerned after reading so many recent complaints. They charged me upon ordering (of course) but shipping "might" be in 1-2+ weeks. IMO, they should be able to charge for an item until it's shipped (or at the max. W/i a day or two) - keeping my fingers crossed as this is the most expensive item I've gotten from them. As I said, they used to be wonderful! Items came w/i days - Use the site with caution, keep all your emails, paperwork, etc.

Product purchased was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I think they said it was supposed to ship within a week or two. I received it over a month after the order. The customer service was horrible, very slow communications. The item was OKAY, so if you are buying something you can wait around a month or two for its arrival then by all means have fun! :)

I have bought a few Items from this site. Shipping takes about 3 weeks. Recently I bought a tablet and it took over 1 month to arrive. 2 days after receiving it, it stopped working. Tried to email 1 sale support twice in 7 days with no response.

Products offered are not always as described, particularly with electronic/phones/computers, etc... very deceptive. That, combined with their well hidden "no return," policy makes this a site to avoid. And, if the item comes with a warranty, the waranty is not delivered with your purchase. So, beware: "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is..."

If you order from this site and do not get the merchandise within 3 weeks don't even think about returning it. They do not go by the date of shipment but the date you ordered... then you only have 21 days to return. Not business days just 21 days. I received my item. Damaged... tried to return and was advised that it was past the 21 day return policy. Funny I sent the return request the same day I received the item. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this site. Be careful when ordering as you may have to keep it whether you like it or not.

Well, I'm their customer for about 3 years now. This website is like local Goodwill store, where you can see mostly used items but if you will be paying attention, you can get $$$ brand new dress with tags for pennies. They mostly sell cheap crap made in China. And I mean "crap" because China is able to produce decent things as well but it is being sold somewhere else, not on 1saleaday:-). But sometime you can get lucky and buy some decent stuff here. Be careful about refurbished electronics and ESPECIALLY about expensive jewelry. It's tricky. I would not go there, because seems to me that their sources of high-tech refurbished devises is quite questionable, for example I've received refurbished headset with obvious signs of someone's dirty ear canals:-) Gross, isn't? Plus they play the same mind trick as many other sellers on this planet, they "insert" regular price products under exciting mark "24 hours sale". So whatever you see as today amazing deal, Google it first and you might find way cheaper or very close price on Amazon or even local store. Also be careful about "no brand name" watches, headsets etc. Chances that they are going to work even for a few days are minimal. Another important thing to remember: DO NOT EXPECT your order to be in your hands before one month since date of your order. IF you think you found really great deal on their website, order it and relax. I think they either have lack of employees or their warehouse is empty and they "place their own order after they know how many orders from us were actually placed"... I would also suggest to use American Express Credit Card if you have one, because AMEX is really good when it comes to disputes.
So I would consider this website as going for fishing:-) You might get lucky and catch huge lovely fish or go home with small stinky one. It will depend on your fishing skills and good luck:-) Good luck to everyone but I'd rather be shopping on Amazon:-) PS. Be as well aware of similar website "DailySteals.com". Compare to dailysteals quality I would consider 1saleaday as Nordstrom:-)

Slow, slow, slow processing and shipping. In today's fast-paced shopping environment, 10-days from order to delivery is too long.

Each item ordered gets charged $4.99 shipping. Buy ten items and you'll pay $49.90 in shipping!

The products sold by this website are inconsistent -- sometimes okay, sometimes junk. I recently ordered a pair of earrings. When I received the package, one of the earrings was missing and the quality of the prong setting was much cheaper than on the website photo. I emailed customer service and requested a refund. I received a response which said that i would have to submit photos and that even if i returned the item, they would take 25% of my money if the item is not actually defective. My question is: how can you photograph a missing earring?

Not always what they advertise. I have ordered several things from them with no problems until recently. I order what was supposed to be "factory refurbished" tv's. I have gotten factory refurbished before and they come packed well and are marked by company who made it as such. What I received this time was a joke. I got both tv's on the same day both poorly packaged... nothing to protect them during shipping and on top of that they were very scratched up front and back, several parts were missing and one of the frames was cracked and falling off. Now, I am trying to get a refund which is not their policy. Having Pay Pal assist with this. I was happy with my purchases before this but now will not order from them again. Just not with the risk. They are definitely not interested in good customer service when there is an issue.

They advertise some genuine bargains. When I purchase something I would like to receive the item within a reasonable amount of time. 14 working days (nearly 3 weeks because weekends don't count) after making payment I send an inquiry for a status update. 3 working days later I get a note telling me the product will be labeled for shipment in a few days. Finally I get a UPS tracking number but UPS shows no status. You can put a UPS or FedEX label on a package but that doesn't mean it has actually shipped.

If you want something from 1saleaday.com for summer use, be sure to order in the winter. It might arrive in time for fall.

There are better sights like Daily Steals and Woot.com that ship quickly.

No matter how good the price the long long long wait isn't worth the effort.

As another reviewer stated, they charge $4.99 for every item, even if it's going into the same box.
In reference to the refund policy, take it up with your credit card company and file a dispute. Companies think they can say "no returns" but if you dispute the charges they all of a sudden pony up.
