I have been using 1sale for a while. It has changed pretty drastically in the past few years but the items offered still remain consistent. I check it everyday and like that thee is always something new. Don't stress too much if you miss something, be sub chances are it will return. The items are not always the best quality, but normally have a great price. I'd recommend it.

They stink they're cheap and they fit horrible. Website pretended to be QVC and they weren't. What a scam.
One two occasions I ordered a backpack. The first one was delayed over 3 weeks until I cancelled the order. I had contacted them several times and all I got was "just give us 3-5 more days". They charged my card immediately but stalled on shipping.The packs came up on sale 3 weeks ago and I reordered. Same crap started; card charged immediately and more shipping stalls. I would tell anyone not to buy here. The prices are the cheese in the trap.
Ordered a watch from 1 Sale a Day in December, and it arrived defective. The glass on the watch face was misaligned, and I'm surprised it was even sent out in that condition. I emailed them as they instructed for an RFA, which was to take 3-5 business days to arrive, but never heard back. I emailed them twice in a month's period but still no reply. This company is a SCAM! I notified my bank to stop and dispute payment. Buyer beware
Shirt arrived badly damaged. Emailed 1Sale; their reply was to send pics. Did so, then 3 more emails to 1Sale asking about credit; no response from 1Sale in over a month. Today put on "Dispute" with my Master Card account. The sale price is in process of being credited to my MasterCard account. Thank you, Citibank. This might be a way for others to resolve, since 1Sale Customer Service doesn't reply.
1Sale used to be a great site to order from, but no more. They've lost us as customers.

For damaged or mdse. not received, start a 'dispute' with your credit card company. That's if after several attempts by you, there is no communication or resolution from 1Sale.com
I ordered a diamond pendant on Dec. 9th and have not received any response from this site. Attempt to contact them via email and phone have failed. Yet my money was immediately taken. I'm disappointed in this site and will never order from them again. I will be giving them another week for delivery of the purchased pendant as a courtesy they don't deserve and then pursue litigation. The cost of the pendant was over $300.00, additionally a Christmas surprise has now become a nightmare. This site must be accountable.
Terrible experience. I bought several pairs of earrings A few came broken. Sent pictures and asked my credit card co to decline. They fought it and won. So I got ripped off by 1Sale big-time.

These guys are fraud. I ordered on Dec 4 2013 and still waiting for my item. Even after repeated emails asking for a tracking number. (now Jan 4th) - - no one responded. Today I post a message on their Face Book page and they immediately removed the post. Can some one suggest how to drag them to court.
This is the worst buying site I have ever dealt with, the shipping will take over three weeks and if you want to return any item forget about it. You will never get a customer service person since I called and was crazy enough to wait 30 minutes for the person on the other side to answer which they never did and I did this twice. I sent three emails with one reply saying, we will contact you in 3 to 5 days and it's going on two weeks. So forget about this site it is the worst.
Terrible customer service. Purchased something, hated it and they played games until my product was out of the return policy time. HORRIBLE. I cannot believe they are refusing to repay me $25 as they will probably lose $100s if not more in sales from me and EVERYONE I have influence over. Not smart.

Ordered jacket 11/18. Finally received jacket 12/18, but wrong size jacket. Sent first support request 12/18 with no response. Sent second support request 12/25 with no response. Finally received response via email 1/9/14 with return authorization, however I must pay shipping and 25% restocking fee. There is no phone number listed anywhere on their website, so searched online to find one, only to call and get message that call volume is too high, use email (which we know will be ignored).
I ordered my mother a watch for Christmas on Dec 3 2013, I got the shipping notice right before we left to go on vacation before Christmas. I was hoping to get it in before we left but it didn't, no biggie right? It still wasn't there when I got back 7 days later and in fact it still isn't here on Feb 4th! I contacted the site and got a response 30 days later saying it would ship in 3-5 days, that was 2 weeks ago. Terrible terrible terrible site.
Ordered Beats Headphones 12/19/13. Quoted ship time was 7-10 business days.
After several email attempts I got a long-winded mass apology email about delays.
Delays on customer service response time? And shipping times? Garbage.
Finally just got a shipping confirmation email 1/26/14. In that email it states 7-10 business days. But it also states, "Under limited circumstances, up to 30 days " In what world? The product price seemed too good to be true. I'll be lucky to get the headphones before they go out of style. Garbage company. Never again.
I ordered a Christmas gift on December 3,2013 -- plenty of time for reputable sites to deliver. Today is New Year's Eve and my order still hasn't arrived. Instead, I have received multiple apologetic emails with conflicting reasons for the delay. I am so angry about this poor customer service! I have had a bad experience with this group in the past and will NEVER order from them again.

I should've looked into this place before ordering, and now I'm kicking myself in the butt. The fact that they grab your $ unlike Amazon opened my eyes and I decided to check online ratings. So with all these poor shipping ratings, I guess I'll have to not count on receiving my gift purchase before the holiday. I knew something stank about this site. Hopefully I will even get what I ordered. I see the writing on the wall. Never again, and I don't care if it arrives tomorrow.
Well, thank you for considering my disability of typing, the sheet set and pillow cases had unfinished seams. I would like them replaced, and or refunded, and a means of returning the one set I was sold and sent. Life is challenging enough, without having to go though this.

I used to really like this website. USED TO are the operative words here. They now print labels way in advance, but don't ship out the item until weeks afterwards, if at all. So, you have a tracking number (which you probably check every frickin' day), but nothing comes up. So frustrating! And they don't respond to "support" emails either. Their support is about as supportive as a bra made out of tissue paper! Stay Away! You've been warned...
They don't even deserve a 1star review. I will never order anything from this site again. First off I ordered dec 14 they said I would receive the item before dec 25. Then I don't receive it til jan 7. Then when I give it to my daughter it's the wrong item and they refuse to give me a refund. They said because it wasn't defective they wouldn't refund me. How would I know if it was defective or not if I can't even use it. Hate this web site don't waste your money.
What the hell! I ordered an item and paid for it then as soon as I clicked "continue", I got an notification that said quote "Sorry, Belkin iPod Nano Case is now out of stock and has been removed from your cart. You have no items in your cart." How the hell did it get removed if I ordered it less than ten seconds ago. What a cheapskate scam website where the admins get the deals and we normal folk have to learn it the hard way. Never will I shop there ever again.
Absolutely hands down the worst website I have ever purchased from. The age old saying too good to be true is a fact jack! Bought multiple items thinking the website was awesome and these were unbelievable prices. The items will never ship and the only phone number that Google finds is closed and it has a recording for you to email them and three emails and two weeks later and still no response. I filed a fraud claim and got all of my money back but buyers beware it is a bogus website!
Ordered two items on 12/1/2013... site said ti would ship within 2-3 weeks. No response by the 3rd week so I started to email their support. They responded they will be processing the order soon. Finally get a email from the CEO saying their are implementing a new shipping process, blah blah. And it screwed up shipping of items. Why would you implement a new shipping process during black friday and peak Xmas shopping? Got a tracking number on 12/26 but it doesn't seem valid. I will not buy from this site again...

My purchase was supposed to be sent within 3 weeks of me placing my order. I tried to track in via ups because my order had a label already made for it. UPS said that it had not reached there facility yet. I sent an email asking where it was after 6 weeks. All of a sudden, UPS was able to track it. So, was my order set aside and lost until I complained? Makes you wonder. I will never purchase from them again.
Ordered Dec 9 2013 and never received a product after repeated emails asking for a tracking number. (now Jan 3rd) - - Complete fraud - took my $80 -stay clear. When prices seem to good to be true, they are.
UPDATE: Got email that it shipped (on a Sunday! Jan 5) maybe they monitor this site!
Please do not buy anything from this site, they will send you a piece of junk and not allow to return, there is no customer support available.
