It's like they've discovered a new dimension where prices are arbitrary and sanity is optional. Shipping Limbo: I ordered a simple gadget. Weeks turned into months, and my patience dwindled faster than a melting ice cream cone on a scorching day. I half-expected a carrier pigeon to deliver it, but no luck. Refund Mirage Redux: Ah, the elusive refund. They dangled it like a carrot, and I chased it like a desperate squirrel. But guess what? The carrot was plastic, and I'm still hungry for justice. Customer Service Bermuda Triangle: Emails vanished into thin air. Their customer service hotline? A black hole that swallowed my complaints. I'd have better luck reaching Narnia through my closet. Credit Conundrum, Part Deux: They offered store credit. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I accepted, hoping for redemption. Instead, I got déjà vu—a loop of disappointment. The Grand Finale: My 110 EUR vanished into the abyss. It's like they pocketed it and laughed maniacally. I imagine their office as a den of villainous cats, stroking their whiskers and plotting world domination.
I brought a cutting board and a set of 5 ziploc totes bags with a very reasonable price.
However, my order was cancelled with no reason. Later I found out the price of the product I wanna to buy was rise up double:(
I am wondering if it is because they mark a wrong price and it is the reason why they cancel my order.
Luckily a very responsible customer service team reaching me for a quite fast full refund.
I thought i was buying frm an online retail store, but it was actually a wholesale supplier. Totally wasted my time
The service when ordered to confirm the order was prompt and friendly. The tracking on DHL was excellent. The packaging however, was very poor fo such delicate contents, which caused some damage.
I placed an order and it was cancelled the next day by them. Luckily their customer support was very helpful and refunded our money immediately. I must admit they responded to my mails pretty quickly and no problem at all to get our refund.
Would prefer to receive my purchase within 7 working days instead of waiting for a month. Price is cheaper if compared to our website.
Good place to look for unique items not available locally. Took quite some time to reach. Maybe they can improve their delivery.
I received my refund after more than 3 months. All my emails are ignored and no reply received from them after they fail to deliver my orders on July 9,2019. I requested my friend in Singapore to call their office and that's the only time they emailed me and process my refund. I received my refund on October 22,2019.
I received the refund from 1outlet after several mail follow ups. The refund was completely received. So thank you sitejabber and 1outlet.
It's a scam they neither send the product nor refund the money. It has been 3 months mailing them everyday for my refund. Please don't get trapped

My original order was lost or stolen or cancelled im not sure which so it was more tha two months before i received my goods after an investigation was done. The second order was expidited very fast and arrived quickly. The customer services were polite and helpful and did thier best to see I received the order. Just a shame the product leaked on the packaging not the fault of the company i add.
Tip for consumers:
Keep in touch with them if your order does not come as the items are shipped from different countries.

I've placed an order but cancelled the order on the same day after reading the review worrying it is a scam. It replied my email a week after and I finally got the full refund about 20 days after the cancellation of the order.
