Refund Mirage Redux: Ah, the elusive refund. They dangled it like a carrot, and I chased it like a desperate squirrel. But guess what? The carrot was plastic, and I'm still hungry for justice. Customer Service Bermuda Triangle: Emails vanished into thin air. Their customer service hotline? A black hole that swallowed my complaints. I'd have better luck reaching Narnia through my closet. Credit Conundrum, Part Deux: They offered store credit. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I accepted, hoping for redemption. Instead, I got déjà vu—a loop of disappointment. The Grand Finale: My 110 EUR vanished into the abyss. It's like they pocketed it and laughed maniacally. They canceled my order not long after I made the purchase on their site. Why has it been 3 months and no refund. They said they'd give full refund within 30 days. Well, it's nearly 90 days. No one should purchase from them. They are not legitimate.
Order cancelled. Refund takes time almost a month. Customer service communication is poor. Not recommended for those who have urgency to use the product purchase.
1. I felt communication regarding my order all along the process was very poor
2. I ordered 2 pcs of the same product and got only 1, I still don't know how/when will i get the 2nd one
3. Pls advise when will the 2nd one be received or cancel the order and refund my money
I have been rejected for products that cannot be delivered two times in a row. And is a very important and necessary product for me The products you post on the web site should really be shipped worldwide. And I still hope that one day You will be able to send Purina NF - advanced care - kidney function for me to thailand. But now I'm so serious and disappointed. Looks like there is not a HUMAN reading the customer's (mine) questions, thus - the answers are NOT relevant. Some (questions) were ignored entirely, possibly (again) because only a ROBOT reads them.
And IT is not clever at all.
Will think thrice before ordering from them. Glad I did not order anything!

After writing 2 reviews on different avenues, 1Outlets responded, promised to process the refund. Then an email on 30th July said they have sent the refund back to my bank, asked me to wait for 7-30 days and to contact them if I don't see my refund in my bank statement. Well, I checked this morning. Surprise! My refund was credited back to my bank intact on 31st July! That was fast, didn't expect it, that's why I didn't check earlier. Relieved, but lesson learnt! Do not shop online unless you're 100% sure of the integrity of your shopping site!
1Outlets were so helpful and really on top of everything! Would definitely buy from them again. They continually checked up on whether I received my refund and genuinely seemed to care
I believe the staffs are really trying to help, Jarah. But the company Sucks! Both my orders were cancelled and I ended paying estimated USD 21 for the product I never received. I'll not buy from this website again.
I have been contacted with the CS for many times to check the status but there are no responses at all.
I released 4 orders, All were cancelled by supplier. Up till now, only 1 order was refunded. Waiting refund for other 3 orders.
Delivery too longer wait and disappointed the box is been open item is used...
